October Babies 2011 - Our Tri-3 thread :D

Yeah they can get frights at this stage, my OH was shouting on my wee girl while sitting nxt 2 me and mines nearly jumped out my stomach!! OH felt terrible.

:)

Aww bless them getting the frights!

I'm so wide awake. Anyone else finding sleep totally fragmented now? I'd been for 2 wees by 2am, and then awake again hungry for cereal. I think I just saw sleep pack its bags and leave the building for a year...

hope you managed to get some sleep last night sunny! How are we all today ladies? I got up at 8am (usual early morning pee forcing me out of bed tssk!) OH has just gone for a run then we're going to put some more of the nursery furniture together when he gets back :yay:I'm feeling quite tired though...might go back to bed and get a few more sneaky zzzz's before he gets home :oooo: :nap: x x

by the way anyone else hate the picture on my ticker?? Looks like the poor baby is suffocating in that bag - very disturbing!! x x

loooooool Bella

Your right, that pic is really disturbing. There's not been many pics on that ticker that I actually like, apart from the 1st Tri ones.

Sleep is a nightmare for me too, i've had to start having my last drink at like dinner time, and feel dehydrated all night, still up 3/4 times a night - Where is it coming from?

I'm having a nightmare trying to sleep as well. I didn't get to sleep until half three last night, then I kept waking up dying of thirst and needing the loo! I don't know how those two things can happen at the same time!

Then I got a phone call from my mum saying she was at my front door, looked at my clock and it was 11am! And here I am in bed again! Crutched my way around ikea for four hours and I'm exhausted!

Xx

Anyone that having trouble sleeping, i downloaded a hypno birthing cd off itunes, it was only £7.99 and i decided to listen to it before bed on Friday. I was listening to it through my earphones and i cant even remember falling asleep i was that relaxed, i had the best nights sleep in a long time. Even after toilet trip, i fell straight back asleep instead of tossing and turning. I tried it again last night and the same. So it might be worth a try ladies x x

Which one was it again? Might give it a go, was it a British accent though? Been bidding on eBay but keep loosing out!

Katharine Graves one hunny, she has a very posh london voice, well i think its London. If you type her name into google shes got a website as she does the courses and if you go onto itunes you can listen to a short clip to see if it would annoy you, the amercian ones got switched off straight away as i wouldnt be able to relax! x x

Had my MW appt today, baby is very happy. She picked up the heartbeat straight away and it was the strongest I've heard yet! :) Growing well still. Not engaged yet, as MW put it, the head is "bobbing" above my pelvis. Lol

I can't wait to go back to sleeping on my tummy x it's been a wee while since I've slept through the night, even when I'm really tired I just can't get comfy! X

You might get to sleep on your tummy soon but doubt you will get a whole nights sleep for a few months or years in my SILs case!

Too true Sarah, I still often get woken up by my 5 year old in the night, just to tell me something random or ask me a question like 'why di you buy my bed?' or 'when you go out, what time do you go to bed?'. It's so infuriating sometimes!! LOL.

Lol! I dont get woken by my teenage daughter anymore luckily, would really worry if I did! Although I expect in a year or so it will be drunken nights I will be woken up by if she's like i was in my teens! I do remember her being really naughty around 7 or 8 though and waking in the night for nothing, used to drive me mad!

I can't wait for Lennon to be a teenager - hormonal and quiet and not getting out of bed till lunch time. Bliss!! LOL.

At the moment he's up from 6am everyday (earlier if he was allowed) and chats non stop from then until 7pm when he's in bed. Non stop. It drives me mad sometimes.

Thought it was just girls who chatted non stop! Your right about quiet and sleeping til lunch time, my dd lives in her room most of the time and don't see her til lunch on a weekend! Teenage strops are not so good though, think they regress to being 3 again!

My wee girl chats literally non-stop too, she's always got something to say, she used to go to bed at 7 every night but since she's started school & going to different clubs at night time sometimes she's not in til 7/8 so she doesn't go to bed til 10ish.

They still have their mood swings and can be right brats with their tempers, I have 2 already and another one heading to become one soon and geez the mess they make, it's worse than a 2 year old I can tell ya and they never wanna do anything to help around the place :wall2:
