Here drugs are completely freely available. There is no such thing as a prescription. You just walk into a pharmacy and ask for it and they sell it to you. You can buy anything over the counter - fertility drugs, antidepressants, steroids, valium, sleeping pills, whatever you want and they're cheap too. It's actually the same throughout most of the developing world. It's only in the west where we regulate these things. Colombians are incredible hypercondriacs and chronic self-diagnosers. They are always sick, and they believe there is a medication for absolutely everything. Things that in Australia no one would think to give you medicine for.
Anyway, he's on the zinc already so we might wait for the clomid.
