Not in labour i'm afraid

I wouldn't say I had a life outside of PF either, more that OH is around today and I don't trust him not to spy over my shoulder what I'm typing!

Nothing much happening here, just sitting around waiting to inflict the annual pain of Eurovision on my OH later with some yummy fajitas. Been for a couple of walks today, baby is definetly getting lower but shows no signs of coming out in fact he's been super wiggly today and having a great time bouncing on my bladder.

This is getting silly now, may babies are stubborn little buggers aren't they

Oh forgot about Eurovision, may just watch Jedward and Blue then watch my dvd fest. Fajita's sound so yummy I could really have one of those right now.

I can't vouch for May babies, my DD2 was born on the 29th and came a day early. Although, I am wondering about BOY babies, they seem to be super lazy.

I've just been to the toilet for a number 2, and I have some bright red spotting on the tissue along with my plug/show. Does anyone know what this may be?

TMI but is the spotting coming from your lady bits or the back bit They do say to call the labour ward if there's blood. Tbh I would call just to be on the safe side.

Catty I'm going to watch eurovision as well, always get a laugh with some of the crazy entries

It's from the lady bit lol. I've been to the toilet again and there's nothing else when I wiped so I'll see how it goes. Midwife is coming in the morning, I'll ask her providing I don't have anymore.

Im just going to spend the next 2 days keeping myself busy and then i have my hospital appt on tuesday so ill find out whats happening then. All pains and stuff have gone so nothing happening for me!

Hope everyone is good and all this talk of losing plugs is very exciting!! x

Hey hun, to be honest im not entirely sure! Midwife wasnt sure. She said its hard to tell because baby is so low down and i have a lot of water in there too. I hate the fact i can never get any info out of my midwife though - i dont even know if im having a scan or internal or what on tuesday! x

Morning everyone.

I had regular pain and tightnings from around 2.30 this morning and I really thought this might be it. I just got up though and did the worlds biggest, longest parp so maybe it was just gas! Feel less like I'm in labour now. I have so many different aches and pains now I'm worried I won't know when it's actually the real thing.

Loved Eurovision last night, OH secretly enjoyed it too even though he pretended not to

Good luck today PP, I assume you're having a sweep. I wish I could have another. Let's hope it gets things moving for you.

I'm still losing pinky brown mucousy stuff which is turning redder. I assume this is normal but would appriciate some reassurance?

Yep, Thursday when I will be 14 days over.

I'm resigned to it being then now. In some ways it's nice to have an exact date but it also allows me to get more scared as it is much more tangible then some unknown date if that makes sense. I have been having cries in the night this week as I am scared but the cuddles from OH make up for it.
