She's here at last! After a 12 hour labour on gas & air, some of it in the pool, the little madam was found to be transverse... So ended up the theatre, but all worth it.. Isabella is gorgeous, if not a little naughty for all the fuss she caused. Off to sleep again as I've only had 4 hours since wed night. Good luck Catty & Pp... And congratulations Beth. How is everyone this morning? I've been sore all night but nothing significant. Whats everyone got planned for today? I'm trying to think of things to do........

pinky, pp and catty - ahw hope you girls don't have too much longer to wait... every day just seems to be dragging now for me and it's not even my due date for another 5 days... although after going over by 10 days with Josie i have thought all along that i will go over with this one too so i think the waiting / nothing happening is a bit easier to deal with 2nd time around...

i have been keeping myself busy buying stuff on ebay and checking out freecycle!!

Got a brand new carpet off freecycle yesterday for the babys room which is great as we were thinking we wouldn't be able to get one in time for baby so we will be laying that today!

Bought new pads for my daughters trampoline too which have arrived today so they need fitting... we have got a list of jobs to do round the house which we just keep plodding through every weekend to keep us busy... the house has never been so organised!

i'm getting a bit nervous about my sweep on Tuesday as when they tried one last time i was pregnant at 41 weeks they couldn't even do one ... this one is going to be 2 days before my due date! Oh well can't do any harm i suppose!

Sounds like you've been having a rare time spending! Great about the carpet! Can you send the sun up here please, its gotten really dull and looks like rain is on its way! She couldn't perform my sweep yesterday, but like you say no harm in trying!

Nothing happening here. Lots of period type pains and still losing stringy mucosy stuff. My legs, hips and pelvis are still comlete agony, I have'nt been on the ball since Wednesday so I think (hope) it's just my pelvis stretching ready.

Will try to keep busy today but I don't kow what to do. Everything is ready, chores all done and I've done everyting I wanted to do for the 'last' time before baby comes.

Come on baby, I'm ready

I've made myself go out this morning and hubby offered to take me to the Toby Carvery. The period pains ramped up and I've started having regular bh's every 20 minutes. They've even put me off my pudding! Nothing unusual for me, they'll go away eventually they normally do lol.

I've got a DVD marathon and some choccie set up for tonight just to pass the night away. I've got the midwife coming in the morning for a sweep again. Fingers crossed this one works. Bloody bored with it all now and I'm not the most patient of people to start with hehe.

Yep they've gone away, been for a nice afternoon nap so feeling a bit better now.

I phoned the Labour suite up this morning to see if there was any availability for my induction before next Thursday but I may as well have been talking to a brick wall. My community midwife told me to keep phoning and pestering them but she made me feel guilty for bothering them!

The DVD's are The next 3 days & The tourist (love Johnny Depp) the kids got a couple of dvds as well so it's an early night to bed and they can watch tv in bed and drop to sleep.

I've never seen the Diving sercrets of the ya ya sisterhood, you'll have to let me know what it's like Pinky.

Emma, It's disheartening when you go through all those pains and baby still doesn't move.

I know, after reading about everyone elses niggles and pains im ignoring everything and will not believe its the real deal until im sure lol. I actually think it maybe him closer to engaging as i was bouncing on my ball lots yesterday and a little today and he feels like he is lying differently now. Thats good i suppose.

Pp, I was hoping those pains you were having would have gotten worse (wouldn't usually wish pain on anyone but this is different) Your plans for this evening sound good!

Emma, its so annoying getting all the pains and no reward Mine seem worse at night!

I've been for a nice walk on my own, went to one of the big parks and had an ice cream cone with strawberry sauce on it
