Hey pinky good thanks shes suffering a bit at night with wind so it's hard to get her settled on her back but apart from that all going v well - she was weighed again yesterday and now weighs 7lbs 9oz so is putting weight on nicely! It's strange to think that Beth was due before me and still hasn't had her little man but Ella is now nearly six weeks old! X

It is weird huh? I was so shocked when I woke up that morning and you'd had her. Can't believe its 6 weeks already! Are you using anything for wind?

That 6 weeks has flown by.

I am not in a good mood tonight, feel like shit to tbh. My head is super pounding and I'm so tired, 4 hours sleep last night xx

For you Emma! Have you taken anything for your headache? I went to bed about 40 minutes ago but no luck sleeping yet. Hope you get some sleep soon!
Oh have you started the prozac?

I've taken paracetomol but still here
Also been in bed for ages but can't sleep, heartburn now too lol typical.
I don't start the prozac until I've had baby, I'm to take them into hospital with me to start straight away as I'm too late on in pregnancy to start them. Xxx

I know i was completely shocked when they said i was in labour!! We are just winding her lots! Not giving her anything though - bit cautious as she was prem xx

oh man - had a rotten nights sleep... woke up 3 times to go to loo which is fine i can handle that... but when i layed down to go to sleep i had really bad "muscle pulling" feeling right in my groin and across my lower tummy... every time i tried to move onto my side it would pull the muscles again and i could barely push myself up to get out and go to the loo it was so painful. Wasn't like contractions i reckon everything is just getting worn out and stretched even more with the baby getting even bigger...feel bit better this morning... how come you get all these pains at night and then they go away!!!! must be the strain of the day i reckon! oh that's my moan over for today!!!

I get the same treeze, I can be fine all day but still get pains at night, maybe to do with muscles carrying bump around all day. Do you manage to sleep during the day? I never can. X

Awww I got a text from someone else just now saying they had also dreamt I was in labour.........no I'm not looking forward to going overdue!

Anyone got plans today? I haven't got much planned, and no spare cash to do anything exciting, might go and walk somewhere if the rain goes off!

i didnt sleep much either pinky i woke up needing the loo then had heartburn and felt sick today we are taking a few things to the skip then going buying my eldest her high school uniform

ah glad it's not just me (shame u r all suffering too though - lol!)

nanc - i did manage to get some naps during the day in tri 1, but now i can't seem to get to sleep during the day... my little girl is 4 so she keeps me busy and goes to nursery in the morning between 9 and 11 so that time i don't feel sleepy!! hubby is always telling me to have a lay down at the weekends but i can never get off to sleep!

hubby has relocated in the spare room at the mo as his hayfever is driving me nuts... and my snoring and fidgeting is keeping him awake!! So at least now i've got the whole bed to myself!! it's quite sweet he comes in and sits with me on the bed before i fall asleep and we chat about the baby / names / josies birth and labour and stuff.. normally wwe would both just sit there on our laptops ignoring eachother!!! So i think it's actually doing us both some good!!! I told him once the babys here he can go back in our room (with the baby in moses basket) and I'll go in the spare room while he gets up to do night feeds - lol!!!

Hi Pinky, yes got another sweep tomorrow. I am really fed up now and finding my lower abdomen painful when walking around, like she's about to drop out! OH took me out for coffee and cake last night when he got in from work which was lovely but even the walk back to the car was so uncomfortable. Had a burst of energy this morning and cleaned up, done washing and fake tanned myself (at least I'll be a tanned beached whale in the birthing pool lol)

Treeze, you must have your hands full with a littleone to look after too, I have such admiration for all the girls on here who already have kids, I don't know how you cope at this stage.

Really hoping one of us is lucky soon, hopefully we will get some news about Beth before long. Has Catty been on yet? Xx

I actually got to sleep before 1am lastnight, that is a huge achievement for me considering for months I've been sat up awake while OH sleeps
I've woken up with the same headache though, its pounding and just won't shift.
I have midwife at 1pm, that's the most exciting my day gets lol xxx

Got my sweep this afternoon which I'm now terrified about. OH offered to come with me but I said no. I'm worried she wont be able to gain entry, there's been nothing up there for almost 9 months! I don't hold out much hope as he still doesn't feel like he's engaged, he still moves around loads and is completely on one side. he's never been over the the left side, I wonder why not, obviously the less hospitable side of my uterus.

Catty my baby never lies on my left side either. It's really weird, my bump looks squint when he sticks his bum out and it's always my ribs on the right that get hit. Even the midwife commented how he is always lying on my right side. Strange eh xxx

Hi Catty, yeah I don't hold out much hope either for my second one tomorrow, but it only takes about 30 seconds so I recon I'll have it... Worth a try as I'm well fed up. You'll be fine Hun. X
