Chart Stalkers January 2008

Hi all,

CB23 - Your chart is looking fab, hope it's your month for a BFP.

Kitty - Really stumped with your chart, I really don't know what to think. Glad that your AF is here though so that you can move onto a new cycle. Sending you lots of babydust for this month :)

ROM - Hope everything goes OK with the consultants tomorrow.

Kmac - It's best to not analyse your CM until the afternoon after BD'ing. I tend to find that I can accurately analyse by following that rule as any sperm/pre-seed etc..should be long gone by then.

Sookie - hope you ov soon. It's really frustrating and it makes it harder to time BD'ing optimally when you have irregular cycles.

DH was poorly last Friday when I got my + on the opk :( Really disappointed we weren't able to maximise our chances with BD'ing on that day. I had another + on Saturday, doesn't happen that often that I get two +. Have a feeling we may have been too late to catch the egg though. I had ov pains all saturday evening and even sunday am. Yet FF has me down as ov'ing on Friday, I personally think it was Saturday night. The temps for Sat and Sun are typical pre-ov temps for me.

We shall see but I'm not hopeful for this month. I know I should be more positive.

kmac, i stay in just outside of glasgow :)
bagpuss i hope you cought the egg  i also had 2 positives on opk this month, but i had missing temps so ff didnt pick up ov so i changed the setting to opk

Morning all, CBD with FMU says 'not pregnant' :( I guess my sore boobs and nipples were all in vain. I wouldn't mind the pain if there was a baby but if its just PMT that's a bit mean.

CB23    Its still early days yet - I think the average for a + test is 14 dpo. x x x x

Morning all

Kitty - thanks for the offer hun.... I have left my paper copy at home but if I think on tonight I'll PM you the dates and my logins (if I can rememeber them) and see if you have more luck.....wonder why it didn't just do the same for me when I put the dates in???

CB23 - Sorry you got a BFN but your chart is still looking fab and your temps haven't dropped at all so fx it's still just too early to pick up a BFP for you

Babydust & Bagpuss - Looks like it's the month for two + OPK's this month becaus eI got two as well and I've never had that before! Bagpuss, if you leave it for another day FF might change your OV date. FF put mine in originally for Thursday, even though I thought Saturday was more likely. After I put in another higer temp it's changed it to Friday so I was right all along....FF's got nothing on me you know!! :D

Sookie - FX you have OV'd...it could just be that you've missed your surge this month. I didn't realise how short the LH surge can be until I started charting.

  to everyone else, hope everyone is well

 morning all
cb23 it may be too early, your symptoms still sound good and as long as af stays away you still have a chance :D
rom good luck, is it today your appointment is, keep us updated when you get back   everything is ok
is is weird how a few of us have had 2 +opk's this month  did yous get them together or different days? mine were together
i want to poas :rotfl: im only 5 dpo :rotfl:
i better go my pregnant friend is coming for lunch, not looking forward to it much

Thanks guys, I just feel a bit despondent.

ROM good luck today, I hope you get the answers you need.

So what does it mean when you get two OPK's? Are you all mass releasing multiple eggs?

My two positives were on two different days. I tested on Thrusday and Friday at 3pm or about that time and I got a + on both days. They were both really strong positives as well, the line was darker that the control line. I'm thinking one might have been right at the beginning of my surge and the other at the very end

Ahh OK that makes sense. I stop testing when I get a positive so I never noticed anything like that!

Hi all,

Bagpus - don't stress already!!! Looking at your chart it looks like excellent BDing timing with your O. And if you used preseed that should give it that extra staying power.

ROM - how did the consultant go?

CB23 - it is still early. ROM is right. So still hoping this is your month.

Chrissy & Babydust. ing for BFPs this month!!! Yay the 2WW

Hmm, just realized that loads of you are in the 2WW.

Well I FINALLY worked my ferning microscope out properly today and definitely have ferning. Probably partial ferning. So am hoping will get a +OPK today and get the obligatory BDing in (haha). DH is being most obliging again.

I'm not back at work yet and neither is he so my day seems to consist of me stuffing around on this forum and then checking the microscope, doing an OPK and maybe a bit of future O forcasting. Hmm, I'm not obsessed. DH at least has got other stuff going on. He made a sensational lime tart from scratch yesterday. What a star.

 to everyone else. Kitty hope you're feeling better today.

Hi ladies I'm back :D

The good news is that the fetal sac has reduced by 50% so it looks like we are out of the woods re surgery   I have to go back for another scan in 4 weeks just to be 100% sure but I am feeling much more positive. The other good news is she spent some time talking to us about our concerns and we worked the sizing back and she is pretty sure this baby was conceived in my August cycle - I had had what I thought was a chemical in September!! I really dont know why I feel better but I just do - that means I had actually been pregnant for 5 months and up to finding out on December 10th was still squeezing myself into size 10 Jeans :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Anyway as long as the next scan is ok and I have AF ok I will be discharged but with open access to phone her should I ever need to and definately if I was to get pregnant again.....

On the whole it was a great visit so going to celebrate with a nice cup of full caffine coffee!!!

Hope everyone is OK and I will catch up with all the charts later.... but Kitty I have PM'd you x

Oh that is good news that you don't need surgery rom and also especially that consultant was so helpful.

Yay ROM, that's an ace visit. At least you got some of those niggling questions answered for you and even though it's still a horrible thing that's happened at least you know when it was conceived. So glad to hear you'll get discharged when af comes too. What a good visit all round

It sounds as though your mind has been put at ease slightly ROM, I am pleased for you hun.x

That is brilliant news ROM, I bet you are so relieved. So glad that you are going to be ok and not have to have surgery :cheer:

Brilliant news ROM, have replied to your other thread. So happy for you both

Thanks Sookie, still can't help feeling we miss timed but it couldn't be helped as DH was poorly. Hope you get your + over the next couple of days, keep BD'ing.

CB23 - Out of habit I always test the day after I get a + I had a strong line and tested with the digital as well and couldn't quite believe that it was still a positive.

By the way, your chart is looking fabarooonnneeee :) Don't be disappointed that you got a BFN today because your chart is looking really good.

Kitty - hope you are OK

 everybody else

hi all,

Phew! to ROM - and I'd be celebrating with something a little stronger than coffee if I was you, regardless of the time of day!

Welcome to KayKav, too, whose chart has just been added to the front page.

I'm having a bit of a crap time at the moment - been blowing my nose so much that I've been having nosebleeds, which makes typing quite difficult  Plus a very close family friend died last night so I've been trying to organise train tickets this afternoon. I'll be in Paris all day Friday for the funeral so won't be around at all for stalking questions that day. The worst thing is that I'll have to go to the funeral by myself, I haven't been to a Catholic mass since I used to be sent over to spend my summers with this family 20 years ago, and my French isn't that great any more either. I just hope I'll be able to follow it ok. This morning my brother had hoped to go with me (he used to live in Paris) but when the details came through we found the funeral was at exactly the same time as his fiancee's grandfather's funeral. DH can't come because he had to take this morning off work for a hospital appt - he was diagnosed with a hernia last week, and now has to have an op in March - and he will have to work the weekend as it is, he has so much on. What a great start to the year... puts all my TTC concerns into perspective.

Awww Kitty, you're having a terrible time of it at the moment. I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your close family friend.

Me too Kitty, sounds like you are having a really stressful time of it  . Hope things get better soon lovely :)

 kitty hope you are better soon
