Chart Stalkers January 2008

Ok I'm here to stalk some charts before I get on with some more work :puke:

ROM - you should ovulate any day now. Are you not doing OPKs this month? I know you're not trying this cycle but I also know that you are a major POAS addict. :rotfl:

Kitty - I see your temp's gone down and AF has really started. I'm sorry your hormones are being little buggers. Good luck at the docs tomorrow. I reckon s/he should start hormone testing. I would just ask if I were you.

Trudy - sorry you started spotting  But maybe it's just unexplained bleeding. What's happened today?

CB23 - Albeit a slow rise, nice to see FF be sure about someone's Ov date. Good luck for the 2WW.

Chrissy - are you doing OPKs this month? When are you expecting to Ov? Good luck!

Loola - I think Ov was more likely on CD17. You have a slow rise then, and the OPK usually says + 24 hours or more before you Ov. I think you are 8DPO today. ing you get a BFP!

Kmac - your AF's overstayed her welcome. ing Ov is not too far away for you.

KayKav - We have similar cycle lengths. Sucks huh? Hoping yours gets shorter.

Choklatemunky - waiting to Ov... hope it happens soon!

ok, my spirit guides haven't showed up yet today. They will at some point no doubt with a few beers as it's Sunday, so will check back in later.

A quick one (cos I'm in the middle of getting lunch) -

Sookie - glad you liked the prediction! :rotfl: Your chart - I say CD37, possibly CD36. Did you try the different detectors? Did they come up with anything different?

HI Littlelady

Yep, temp was exactly what I would have expected it to be this morning, and AF seems to be making up for taking a break yesterday. I'm relieved. Was quite worried I was in for a period like last cycle's - 10 days of spotting. I had an hour or so of bad period pains this morning, so I'm really relieved - back to normal! Now, maybe this month I'll ovulate at a sensible time. Sometime between CD15 and CD20 would suit me just fine...

ok, DH is looking hungry, I'd better go!

Hmm Thanks Kitty.

FAM and Research both move Ov day back to CD37 (my bet), and they also move the coverline to 97.66, which seems more likely to me. So I'm gonna leave it on FAM for now.

Sookie your temps look awsome - will keep everything crossed for you x x x

Kitty April would be great - please thank your guides for me - it could be a birthday baby!! :D Had a great weekend - cleaned the house yesterday and Dave sorted out some of the kitchen - at this rate it should be finished in 2010!! He doesnt like to rush things...... Problem is its boating time after easter and once that comes we like to spend every weekend at the coast on the boat so if its not finished by then it stays that way until next January!!!

Went to my mums today and her best friend came around with her 6 month old granddaughter - she was a real sweetie and it broke my heart.... :( Nevermind I need to keep positive, my mum made me smile as she just kept on saying afterwards "could you really be bothered with all that hassle" - I just smiled and thought to myself YES I BLOODY COULD!!!! To top it all I got pram envy!! LOL I used to look at cars with longing now I look at silvercross!!! Anyway in celebration of the fact we cant TTC I am now in the middle of cooking roast pork dinner with a large glass of white in my hand!!

Temp dropped again today but I just seem so hot....... watch it rise tomorrow as I intend to down most of the bottle with dinner and be asleep by 9.00 pm!!

Hi All,

I've got my FF chart all set up now and if you click on my link on page one you can see all the signs!

I'm currently on DAY 10. For the last 2 cycles I got a positive OPK on Day 12, so am aware that I'm around the fertile time :cheer: I'll do an OPK tonight and then again until I get a :D

I'm still a learner so difficult to pass on advice, but I wish you all lots and lots of babydust - especially those patiently waiting in the 2WW

Hi everyone!

Sookie - FF tells me Ive ovulated 4 days later than I think I did unless I override it. I agree with you that I ovulated on day 17. I had ov pains during the night on day 16, so I reckon its inbetweeny day 16 and 17. Ill stick with 17 from now on though. Id definitely say day 37 for you though. Im really hoping FF arent right anyway cos I didnt get any BDing done 4 days after when I thought I ovulated. :?

Welcome to Littlelady! Hope everyone is well.

kmac - I have stopped symptom spotting now. I dont have any! Im hoping thats a good sign! Im not tired anymore. I think it was emotional exhaustion that wipted me out last week. So I dont think this is our month, it would have been a miracle under the circumstances anyway. Im finally coming to terms with the fact that its going to be a good few months before we could possibly get our BFP. Once OH is off the anti-depressants completely and his body is used to the new healthy lifestyle I know our chances will increase greatly. Its going to take 3 months before a new batch of sperm arrives, hopefully it will be healthy! At least we are doing something about the problem now. I am thinking positively.

Hopefully it will give me chance to get a new job. I have applied for a job as a Support Worker, I really want it, so it wouldnt be too good if I was pregnant immediately after starting a new job, and I wouldnt get as much Maternity Allowance. Im sure everything happens for a reason! Id take a baby before a new job any day of course!

I also have to admit to POAS today! :rotfl: I know Im only 8DPO and I knew it was gonna be a BFN but I couldnt help myself! Its you bad girls rubbing off on me! :rotfl:

Hey Loola
Don't want to sound cheesy, but usually things happen at the right time and when you look back you will understand why.
Keep thinking positively!

Morning ladies.....

Kitty - thanks for the prediction. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for a March BFP or conceive or due date or OV date or test date..... Are you sure your spirits saw a boy though??? Is there any chance it was girl that was just dressed in blue???

Sookie - Looking at your chart I would say that CD36 or CD37 are more likely than CD42 but there is another small rise at CD42 so it is a possibility. I stick with CD37 if I was you

Loola - fancy POAS at 8 dpo....   Even I held out longer than that.... Shame it was a BFN though. On the up side at 8 DPO it's only a few more days until you'll be able to tell for real if it's your month this month.

Satch & Littlelady -  welcome to stalkers. In the nicest possible way, I hope you don't stay around for too long.

ROM, KMAC and everyone else...

Hope you all had a lovely weekend

Well I'm due to ov this week and me and DH had a couple of rather too enthusiatic BD sessions this weekend (strangely, since we saw the doc last week our BDing has changed and it's back to being fun and quite exciting again!!!) well DH has managed to do himself an injuy!! His poor little man was worked ragged :rotfl: :rotfl: We think he needs a few days off to recover so we're hoping that he'll be better again in time for OV, which is predicted to be on Thursday..........which funnily enough is the last day of Jan so if I do OV on that date and get PG then Cheri22 will have been right with the month of Jan for me!!!!! It will be one of the only months where I OV twice in the same month!!! Spooky hey.... I still think Kitty's prediction is probably just as accurate.

I'm going to srart on my OPK's today......I've been looking forward to POAS again :D Because I didn't do any pg tests this month it seems like a lifetime ago since I did one. Bizzarly because of DH's little man's injury I'm hoping that OV will hold off for a couple more days.

Don't know if anyone has looked at my chart so far this month (there's no reason to at the minute) but it looks very wierd compared to all my other months. For the past two months my pre OV chart has looked like a heart monitor because I've had colds and fevers at the same time in my cycle my temps have been up and down and all over the place.......... this month I don't have a cold so my temps are pretty much the same so it looks like I've flatlined!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

 Morning all!

Kitty - hope it went ok at the docs this a.m.

Sookie - Id go for CD37 (although im not sure if you are still querying it)

Satch - good luck and get BDing!

ROM - pram envy! thats a new one on me! Stay positive, I hope this cycle gets out of your way soon so you can get back in the rat race!

Kmac - glad the sleep helped - even if it is only temporary.....try to keep hold of the good mood!

Loola - - but remember if this month isnt your month then one of the next few will be (according to the predictions) so you dont have long to wait! x

Scones -

Hey again littlelady - glad to see you in here!

CB23 - good luck, I know you are a little worried that you may have missed ov, but please try not to worry too much as you are in with a chance

Chrissy - did you have your test at the docs the other day - do you have to wait long for the results?

 Hey eveyone else (more predictions soon I promise - for those who want them!, but Im pretty busy today so not sure how much I will be on - who am I kidding - even if I have loads to do I know Ill be on here every 2mins checking what has happened!)

TrudyScrumptious – MinnieHaha and Phooldyu say that February may be the month you conceive, find out, your lucky cycle starts in, or the month of your EDD. They see a girl, who is quite quiet, but very capable and organised. I think you will find that she is family-orientated, enjoys team sports but sometimes needs a bit of a push to get on with things. She will be very close to her father, but will also enjoy doing girly things with you.

I have 2 days away from the PC and you lot get all celestial on me!!! Loving my prediction Kitty. However if she's quite quiet then I foresee a baby mix up and someone will be taking home a very loud baby who wonders where all the noise has gone now she's out!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Well it's all over for me this month. I had a bit of a weep Sat but my friend had her baby on Sat morning so that was lovely to get excited about. I did have a good cry on the way back from the hospital but I'm ok now and I got to feed him last night which was amazing. All my other friends have breastfed so this is the 1st new born I've ever fed. It felt so nice.

I'm glad that I use a OV stick properly for the 1st time and DH and I had lots of fun this time!! I'm not too gutted as I have a champagne eve next w-end and a wedding 2 weeks later. I'll be propping up the bar!!! Or the bar will be propping me up!

Scones - Sorry she got you. It's just one of those things unfortunately. You do everything right but the statistics are staggering. I think even if you do fall pg there's only a 25% chance it'll implant nevermind stick. It's a miracle anyone fall pg really.

Sookie - glad DH is home and on the mend.

Only had a quick scan of the 7 pages!!!! Sorry if I missed anyone will read them all properly at lunchtime.

Hi all, haven't time to read cos have to rush for train, but went to doc's this morning.

he says NO to agnus castus! Says it disguises what the body's really up to and he can't recommend it.

He's going to do a load of tests at 7dpo - FSH, progesterone, testosterone, prolactin, thyroid, and a few others for a laugh. I just have to phone up for an appt once I know when O is.

I thanked him for not making me wait till 12 months, he was confused and said if we can see there's a problem, it wouldn't be right to wait. And cycles of 33, 26, 35, and 18 days indicates a problem, as does the lack of +OPKs and peaks on the CBEFM,as does the bleeding/spotting - and the fact I have charts recording it all means we can see there's a problem.

I think the experience of the chart stalkers so far seems to be that we don't need to wait a year if we have our charts :D

gotta go now, will post this evening and will try to remember what else he said, if it's of use to anyone.

Chrissy - Im the same - a lot of my temps all seem to be the same thus far really....

Kitty glad it went well and you're getting the tests and lots of support, he sounds like a really good doctor to have!

Trudy sorry she got you :( but your newborn baby cuddles may help I think, maybe kick your body in to action!

Hey to everyone else

Kitty great news that they are going to start testing - I knew all this hardwork would pay off sometime..... :D Interesting about the AC, I agree that it does mask things in as much as I was convinced back at the beginning of December it was causing my bleeding, if I hadnt been taking it I may well of pushed a little harder when I had the first really strange bleed........

I am actually being really good today and working hard so I will catch up with all later but for now    Trudy - your time WILL COME. x x x x x

Thanks CB23 & ROM I'm sure it will be my turn again soon, my poor friend bless her was so worried I wouldn't want to go to the hospital and see him. She knows all about the TTC and MC. She's been so lovely trying to keep me involved. I'm trying to be positive about everything this month.

Kitty - v interesting re AC. I might give it a break this month and see what happens. If I do have a progesterone problem then the AC will lengthen my LP but not affect my progesterone. I've been taking it 6 months so will give it rest for a month. Glad the doc is gonna run tests that's great news.
:cheer: :cheer:

Bugger, I'm still at home - lost my Oyster card  so I will just have to try to work here and ignore the temptation of the forum!

ROM - I feel really guilty now for posting that a side-effect of AC could be unusual bleeding! My doctor said there wasn't enough research to show how much could have what effect, and how that effect was brought about. So although it might correct the symptoms, you might still have an underlying cause which could lead to infertility. His point was that if you have a progesterone deficit, you need to find out WHY you have a progesterone deficit, not just cover it up with a herbal remedy - like using wallpaper to cover up subsidence cracks, and thinking everything's ok until suddenly the whole wall goes. It does make sense.

Trudy - maybe a Valentine's baby then! As for the prediction - the guides say 'surely there's someone quiet in either your DH's or your family whom the baby might take after?!'!

ok, I have to do some work now. I'm so peed off, I missed my yoga class because of my lost Oystercard :x (yes, I could have just paid for the train/bus, but I spent so long going through all my handbags/coats/sportsbags, etc, that I missed the train anyway)

Hi all,

Sorry I've not been visiting as much as I'd like. Feeling so tired at the moment.

Kitty - I'm glad your Doc is being supportive and getting the ball rolling with the tests. That's really interesting feedback regarding Agnus Castus, glad I stayed well away now.

Good luck to those in the 2 week wait and approaching ov.

Hi everyone,

KittyKins - thanks so much for letting us know what the doc said about agnus castus! I'm trying it for the first time this month, and if i see no improvement on my charts, i'll definately stop taking it!

How could I have doubted the spirits???? Of course they are right, DH is quiet. I just make enough noise for the both of us and forget! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Evening All!

It's been too quiet on here this evening so thought I would post.
Don't have much to say though!
Glad doc is doing something for you Kitty, and interesting about the agnus castus - think I will hold off from trying it for a cycle or two yet.

Hope everyone is OK.. I'm off for an early night... probably alone as DH is doing his ironing! Nothing happening with the ov sticks so think I will just let him carry on with his ironing!

Nighty night!
