Good morning everyone - and woohoo, it's Friday!
I'm sitting in my study waiting for it to get light enough to go for a run - I'm a wuss, and don't like running in London in the dark! Then again, I get even more scared of running in the country in the dark! I'm aching all over, but especially my left hip - that's usually my body's way of telling me I desperately need some exercise, and I haven't done anything since before Christmas

I've booked myself in for a yoga class on Monday, too, so I'm starting to feel virtuous already!
So, some stalking whilst I wait for sunrise...
Sookie, it looks like ov might be just around the corner for you - maybe this weekend would be the perfect opportunity to have some long lie-ins with your DH

? Are you not doing OPKs every day? Irregular cycles are sooooo frustrating, aren't they? Either you hang on, and on, and on, and try desperately to keep yourself going, or the bloody egg takes you completely by surprise.
loola, if my DH said that to me, he'd get his X-Box wrapped around his face! Not that he has one... he had a PS1 some years ago, but after I nearly walked out on him he took it to the charity shop

I was a bit surprised by such a drastic gesture, I'd asked him to cut down to no more than 2 hours a day at the weekend, and just one weekday evening, because I was sick of having a vegetable in the sitting room and of cooking and cleaning round him like a skivvy.
kmac - hmm

Yesterday's temp rise looks like it could potentially be an ov rise, but I'm not sure about the CM... could be a delayed rise (you could possibly have ov'ed a couple of days ago), but tbh with no previous charts to go on, we don't really know what's normal for you and how much illness may have affected temps. Your temps may have been so high from illness that the ov rise has been blurred... like mine would have been had I not known that my flu temps were in my post-ov range, and thus discarded them. Anyway, you're pretty well covered for any day, so don't worry too much

Just try to keep BDing at least every other day, and let's hope the temps rise soon.
Scones - don't worry about the gym. You're unlikely to prevent pg. If you trained really hard, it could potentially have an effect, but moderate exercise is fine - beneficial even. Make sure you have a drink with you, and don't allow yourself to overheat, that's all.
Ok, it's started getting light, I'm off out! See you all later!
