I've put on more than 7lbs in ONE week, Mamafy...so there (thhhhbbbt - is there a raspberry emoticon?) :lol: Just don't let it get you down - it'll all be fine in the end! :hug:
 
I know you're right hun :hug: But it only shows me what I already knew I can't control my eating :wall2: I couldn't eat enough yesterday, just eating because I was back on the wagon today :wall:

I need to get a couple of weeks on this again and then I'm going to try the treadmill again.

How are you doing Toffee?
 
nic, i feel like i've done a work out jsut reading about your work out :rofl: i really need to get back into exercising, i just cant be arsed!

i had a weird experience today, put on a pair of knickers i'd just bought, expecting them to be snug...and they're loose!! bought a new dress in next on friday to go out in, which is a 12!! was going to get a pic in it, but forgot, might put it on tomorrow and just take a pic anyway lol!!

i weighed myself today and im 13st 10lb apparently but dunno if my scales are anywhere near SW scales..

i had soup for lunch but ive had 2 yorkshire puddings today which were left over from sunday lunch yesterday (i work at my inlaws) so now i feel like SHIT.

also ive got AF cramps today but i was on last week so dont know whats going on with that!? :(

I STILL have a sodding cold but have been working the SW magic so here's hoping I'm back to what I was after weigh in number 1 (as I missed number 2 this week)

I'm eating ok but am desperate to get something I shouldn't into me :lol: Made a yummy banana thing the other day but the hubby munched it all :rofl: Banana, Total 0 Greek yoghurt and a tablespoon of golden syrup, all mixed together. It was lush. WHilst it lasted...

My dentist has also given me a bit of an ultimatum which is helping as I now no longer eat between meals without seriously considering what it is. Dammit. I shall never have guilt-free chocolate again!

can i change my goal weight? i want to change it to my 'Club 10' Target at SW which is 12st 13lb so thats 20.5lb to loose. (of which 7.5lb gone already woohoo)

once ive reached that i will set my next goal x

I'm fitting into 12's nicely now but my legs are my problem and I think exercise is my only answer :oooo:

Hopefully by Friday I will have bridged a gap on those 7 lbs and I'm hoping by next friday I'm back to where I was and then I'm starting the toning work :thumbup:
 
:rofl: 2 inches makes a lot of difference!! see, my legs are my problem for the opposite reason, they're smaller than the rest of me! my jeans are always really tight on my hips/tummy, but then they're dead loose on my legs. i think i'm starting to get a bit more even now tho!
 
My thighs are my problem, I'm a classic pear :mad: Small narrow shoulders, small boobs, small waist and J-lo bum and tree-trunk thighs :wall2: I hate them :mad:
 
Lol at least you have a classic shape to refer to! I've got the arse, hips AND thighs, but have broad shoulders and big boobies. 5ft 9 tho so can hide them (sort of) !! My diet starts ....soon. Good luck y'all and keep up the good work!x
 
see i've got small shoulders, mammoth (.Y.)s, small waist, huge hips and bum and small legs! really doesnt make sense at all! plus i've got a proper round face, which is the first area that gains weight!

tried on my jeans that have been my goal to get into, my fave size 10 jeans i used to wear all the time when i was in college...they very very nearly do up!! will be a while before i can actually wear them, but i'm gettin there!!

Thats exactly like me alice!

My hips, bum, boobs and face all gain weight the most. I have very small arms and shoulders, and slim legs.
