i think i paid 60 for mine. the wii fit plus is endorsed by the nhs i think! is bloody good fun, but i tried to do the hula hooping the otheeer day and had to stop cos my pelvic floor muscles arent what thy usedto be :oops:

well my wedding dress is back and i've been freaking out :lol: though my mum said not too, if she has too pay more for further alterations then thats fine, so, i can lose as much as i want, so nic if you could please change my goal to 3 stone - that it what i'd like to lose before the wedding, so i suppose lets just see!
i wi today (naughty, but wanted to see how i was doing) and i'd lost another 2.5lb, which i'm thrilled with, but have to wait to friday and af is on her way :( so hoping for that loss this week, i've been on track and exercising every day, but it feels like such a big hill to climb :cry:
anywhoooo - mamafy - could you try box-er-cise dvd for good exercise on your legs, my legs is where i've lost weight, but thats not my problem areas :dohh:

next week im aiming for 3.5lb down so i can get my 1stone pandora charm :cloud9: (although i know i might not loose that much its good to aim high i guess)

my friend put on 2lb and she didnt stay for the meeting :( feel a bit bad for her

I've had a good day/week, feeling abit hungry tonight but I'll have a nice chocolate atkins bar, its my little indulgence with my coffee at night :yay:

I had some lovely fish this evening with loads of veg so really must buy more of it :)

mmm terrie, that egg fried rice sounds good! and mamafy - when i did atkins i loved them bars! yum!! stayed in my points yesterday again, so all good, but af is here this morning and i feel crappy, though not hungry, which is good! though i don't feel like exercising, but gonna force myself in a bit!

i had fish and chips for tea and a mars bar :( they were home done tho. i'm going to have gained anyway cos AFs here and i'm ill!!

quick question, before i losethe battle to keep my eyes open, when AFs paying you a visit, do you need to eat more? i've had like 2 periods at the most in the last 2 years, so i dont have a clue!! keep going dead light headed and dont know if its that, or cos i'v got a cold!!
 
:shock: how did i lose 2lb?! i've eaten chocolate this week, had about a month's worth of carbs, AFs here andf i've done no exercise!! cant be right!!
 
ok slimming world basics.

all the following foods are free as long as cooked without fat - you can eat as much as you like:

pasta
potatoes
beans
rice
eggs
fish
fruit
grains
lentils
lean meat
peas
veg
vegetarian products
fry light
cottage cheese

Each day you must have one Healthy Option A and one Healthy Option B

A:
250ml semi skimmed milk (or 350ml skimmed)
OR
28g of cheese

B:
bread - wholemeal 2 slices 400g loaf
OR
cereal - 28g of healthy cereal
OR
cereal bar
OR
tinned soup


all other foods are classed as syns (you can have 15 syns a day) - you can buy a book called the food directory which tells you the syn values of everything

sample day menu:

beakfast:
cooked breakfast - eggs,lean bacon,quarn sausages,grilled tomato and beans

snack:
apple

lunch:
sandwich - 2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB) cooked chicken,lettuce,tomatoes,cucumber and low fat mayo (4 syns per tablespoon)

snack:
bag of quavers (4.5 syns)

dinner:
homemade lasanga - lean mince, passatta,onion,garlic, then layer with pasta, cottage cheese and spinach, top with mozzerella (HEA) serve with jacket potato (butter 2 syns) and salad.

total syns for the day 10.5 (out of 15 allowed)

i can do a vegetarian sample menu if you girls want too

Well out of the 7lbs I put on I've lost 4 of them this week :yay: (but Nic don't include me on LOTW this week as it doesn't count if its in reverse :lol: ) so 3 lb to go to get back to where I was and I'll make that this week :)
