Everyone is doing so well. Don't get disheartened now!

I've been drinking my water. Not always before a meal, but I'm drinking lots :)
 
I'll wait and see if anyone else is weighing in, then announce the LOTW tonight :)
 
well i only had one yorkshire pudding and a little gravy for dinner but i did have 2 spoonfuls of trifle for pudding LOL

it was nice though because everybody noticed id lost weight (those who didnt know i was doing SW) and i knew they were being geniune.
 
That's great hun, it's always nice when people notice you've lost weight :) Gives you a bit of a boost!

My workout today was....

15mins interval training on the bike (1min high resistance & speed, 1min slower)

Leg Press 3x15 @ 60kgs/132lbs
Back curl 3x15 @ 30kg/66lbs
Abdominal Curl 3x15 @ 30kgs/66lbs
Leg Curl 3x15 @30kgs/66lbs

10mins steady pace on bike

My aim was to do resistance at 30kg or more with higher reps and I did it! Happy with that :) means I'm upping my weights next time!

My food has been pretty bad the last few days so I got back on it today!

hubby is on the rowing machine atm but im going on it after hes finished.

im well and truely back on plan 2moro since im working full time until weds (weigh in day) i can control my eating more at home and if i take breakfast & lunch in with me itll be fine.
 
Well I've had a shocking bad week and tomorrow I'm back on it, I promise :thumbup:

I'd love to get back on the treadmill, do you remember Nic when I was really at it every day :( I have to get back in to it because I was loving it :doh:
 
yer but baby is ment to be size of a grain of rice - heaviest rice i have eva seen hahaha!!! i want to keep fit during this pregnany but i want to get to ten weeks before i start my cross country again
 
I don't think it's a good idea to aim to lose weight when PG hun, but if you want to keep up some level of fitness then I would speak to your GP :) It is recommended in pregnancy, but make sure you go at an appropriate pace.
 
Mamafy, don't be too hard on yourself you've had a lot going on :hug: I'm sure you will get back into it soon. You've done SO well with your weightloss and exercise. A break is normal every so often.
 
I'm thinking about maybe booking some sort of photoshoot for when I reach my goal weight :oops: Part of me thinks that's pretty frivilious though! I just like the idea of having some nice pictures of myself finally.

I'm back to healthy tomorrow, I really hate eating bad now plus I just bloat straight away and the weight piles on quick. Granted it'll be off again in a week or 2 but still I'd rather maintain than yo-yo :wall2:
 
oh i dont want to loose weight i just want to not gain it really quick and stay healthy so i thought i could record my weight gain in here lol make all of you that are looking it feel better haha!! x

Tezzy - well done chick :yay: I managed to put on everything I lost last week, so this week am "back on it" though I wasn't "off it" the week before :( I have no idea what's happening to me at the moment...and I wish that the :witch: would show up because this is just getting outrageous! I have every symptom going but nada...(and no, not pregnant either) so have bloated stomach and boobs that resemble over-full udders :lol:

Having a "red" day today :) Made a very tasty - even if I say so myself - beef brisket yesterday so having that with some veg. Mmmm . Dinner. I'm hungry already!
