My workout today was....
15mins interval training on the bike (1min high resistance & speed, 1min slower)
Leg Press 3x15 @ 60kgs/132lbs
Back curl 3x15 @ 30kg/66lbs
Abdominal Curl 3x15 @ 30kgs/66lbs
Leg Curl 3x15 @30kgs/66lbs
10mins steady pace on bike
My aim was to do resistance at 30kg or more with higher reps and I did it! Happy with that
means I'm upping my weights next time!
My food has been pretty bad the last few days so I got back on it today!
