I'm starting WW as from tomorrow & I've noticed quite a few ladies want to lose a bit of weight... I've got the whole WW package thing on my computer! I bought it from ebay, so if anyone wants a copy, let me know and I'll send it by email (just PM me with your address!)

yeh. when i did it before i avoided bananas... afterall a curly wurly is only 2 and a half points..... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: i think i need to re-think my strategy! lol

i'm allowed 19. that sucks!

when i did it before i used to eat mushrooms and onions cooked in that 1 cal spray, i reckon i stank. lol
 
can i join too please? I h ave a bit of baby buldge to get rid of. Cant fit into my old jeans, too tight around the thighs! i also need to get into a healthy mindset of eating again. afterall being pregnant is an excuse to eat what you want, when you want! My email address is [email protected].

i could really do with the support, cus whn i think im doing it on my own i just give up! if i know im going to report to you lot what ive eaten in the day ill be a bit tougher with myself!
 
I'm allowed 18 points :think: That means Trix, you're on your own mate in the Fruit of the Day thread. :talkhand: There's no frickin' way I'm wasting a valuable TWO points on a flamin' banana :shakehead:
 
If you want your name down, let me know. I know some people will want to do it privately and won't want to disclose their weight etc.

I don't mind doing it publicly though (it'll give me some motivation!) Plus, after having the whole of Bedford Hospital training staff looking at your chopped to bits twinkle, I've lost all dignity anyway! :lol:

I'm up for that, I am seriously addicted to sweets though so it will be hard :wall: at least if we have a support group here it will be easier.

Perhaps we could share recipes and stuff too :D

Lorna, I'm terrible with crisps! I could eat them all day. Oh and I never seem to be full up!?

If anyone has any suggestions on how to do this whole support thread or how to run it etc, please let me know! I'm not very good at thinking up ways to do stuff! xx

Hi!!

I went back to ww (i'd previously lost 3.5st after being on Depo after having Reece before I got pregnant with megan) I went back 6 weeks ago and have lost 19.5lbs, my weigh in is a Thurs but not this week as my leader is on hols and cant get cover.
