7.5lb i lost this week, got my half stone sticker and everything :D

all going well over here, been having lots of home made 0point onion soup. even been good today too, with soup for lunch :D we've been swimming too, but it's james' birthday today, so probably pizza and cake later :oops: but i don't mind as i've lost 3lb&3/4 this week! i weighed in this morning as it's james birthday :lol: soooo happy!

me and rhys have just finished making a huge pot of veg soup, just waiting for it to cool down now so i can freeze it in tupperware :D

had toast for breakfast this morning then i went into work and everybody was congratulating me.. :) well pleased.. then i went into town to buy my first '1/2 stone' bead for my charm bracelet which felt ace, hopefully wont be long before im buying another ;) had an omlette for lunch too nom nom

just had some sad news that colins great uncle has died so colin has gone to visit everybody :(, just me and the kids for dinner so im making jacket potatoes with beans and cheese.
 
oh and ive been drinking my water for Mamafy LOL
 
I didn't weigh-in :oops: I was scared, I'm going to try the damage limitation route and start from Monday and hope I get down to where I was.

I've had such a bad week, af here plus lots of other stuff and I headed straight for the junk :wall:

i've managed to lose 1lb, god knows how cos i've eaten shit all week! quite suprised tho, i think thursday must be my "heavy day", cos when i've done sneaky weighs to see how much i am on a thurs, i always seem to be about 4lb heavier than i weigh in on a friday!! and thats weighing first thing in the morning, no food or anything. strange!!

am hoping to have lost 3inches off my waist and hips by next weekend, am at 2.6 atm..going to get my hair done as a little treat for myself!! have been really crap at bothering to do exercise and watch what i eat this week, but am back on it - got to be looking my best for when the time comes to meet his lordship's latest conquest :rofl:
 
oh and i've been drinking my water - well, glass of orange cordial - 1/2 an hour before my meals!!
 
today has been really diffucult girls ive been STARVING all day :(

had toast for breky, then i had homemade tomato soup, then i went to see my sister and more soup there and just had spag bol for dinner.

im still starving though!!!
 
sounds like you need more protein hun. Soup wouldn't have filled me either!

I lost 2.5lbs this week. AF showed up, so I didn't lose the 5lbs I was supposed to! Grrr!

Tezzy, don't know what you have available, but something like fruit or some ricecakes, some nuts, unsalted popcorn, etc
 
i think ill have an apple nom nom.

yeah i felt fantastic on weds but now i feel just as fat as i was last week :(
 
What about a turkey sandwich on wholemeal bread? Filling and some protein :)

well i've had a day off :oops: so back on the wagon now!! james' birthday thursday, which was fine apart from the cake and pizza :oops: then yesterday we had chinese at mum for his celebrations! it was lovely, but i need to get back on track now, so hoping this week i can at least maintain! we went swimming for a solid hour this morning, just me and james (maddi with mum) and it was fab and lovely exercising together :D had soup for lunch and making some lovely burritos tonight with quorn mince and low fat cheese :yay:

ugh ive just eaten like a million crackers with some brie :(
 
ugh god i ate pasta and cheese for lunch. i've been all out of sorts today, feel like i'm hungover, but i only had 2 glasses of wine last night - think it was the lack of sleep that got me. and it made me feel worse rather than being comforting :(
 
ive put on half a pound by eating all those crackers yesterday :(

back 'on plan' today though, had toast for breakfast (butter 2syns) and im going to have homemade soup for lunch then sunday dinner later but im only going to have 1 yorkshire pudding (2syns) and a bit of gravy (3syns) and no pudding. so thatll be 7syns used out of 15 to make up for the extra syns i had yesterday.
