Hows my due date buddies doing?

Feeling very bored today, I've just been to my parents for lunch which was nice, but I think I've gotten used to the kids being here with the holidays and DH being at home too. I'm almost wanting the kids to run riot around me again

Im the same - OH had all last week off work plus the bank holidays so ive been feeling a bit lonely today too! He can get annoying but its nice to always have someone there to chat to

Ive just walked into town to the library to stock up on books for something to do. I doubt ill get much reading time after baby is here!

I just want him to come now - ill be 37 weeks tomorrow and im doing everything i can to try and encourage him!!! x

I love reading too, but lately my concentration seems to have abandoned me. I did buy a book on Saturday and I'm trying my best to read it but keep drifting off.

Make the most of your next couple of weeks, I've just chilled out today and had a nap which was lovely.

Im still here and still feeling fine PP, Ive had no signs at all and dont think hes planning on making an appearance. Ive got midwife tomorow so hopefully she'll at least offer me a sweep. She is useless though! One of my good friends was due same day as me and she had her baby this morning, she had no pains etc until 12pm last night and baby was born at 3.30am so I have a little hope

Ive done lots of walking today to try and get him out but honestly Im feeling better than normal and could of walked for hours.. im more uncomfortable when sitting as hes using my right rib as a foot csoy for both feet .. Oh well he cant be much longer now!

Lots of walking is good though Beth, hopefully all that bouncing on your cervix will get the baby moving into a good position. That's good news about your friends, it's quite scary at how fast things can happen isn't it?

Hope the midwife gives you a sweep tomorrow, around here we don't get offered a sweep until at least 41 weeks.

I've been feeling quite lonely today too. OH started his new job today so I'm just sitting waiting on him coming home really. We are moving the rooms about in our house (probably the worst time to choose to do this) lol. Moving our bedroom to spare rooms, bedroom will become living room as it's massive and living room will be dining room. The only room in the right place is the nursery haha. It's stressing me out looking at all the mess. I decided to paint the wood work in what will be our bedroom as moving everything in in a couple of days and it's tired me out. I just want to click my fingers and everything to be organised. Xx

Hi All, I have been feeling great the last few days, but really want her to be born now. I feel ready at last! My OH went back to work today too, but my mum came down from the north east to visit for the day and take my dog back with her for a little "holiday" so that she doesn't feel abandoned when we're in hospital. I cried after she left.... the dog, not my mum.... I am still imagining her little sad face watching me through the car window as my mum drove off.... how will I ever leave my baby at nursery?! lol

Awwww nanc! It is upsetting, when I gave my cat away I was so upset.
Well the nursery is finally finished!!!!! I need to put up a canvas and the curtains and a few wee bits but all the big work is done! I love it
I wonder who the next may mummy will be!?

isn't it great when the Nursery gets finished Pinky.... I love ours... keep going in there and just sitting looking at it.... it's now the nicest room in the house! The dog has only gone for a week couple of weeks and I am gutted....
I am such a soft cow when it comes to her (I consider her my first child and keep telling her she's going to have a sister lol) How hard to give your cat away though! poor you. x

I'm feeling ok at the minute - I keep getting a feeling that I have assumed was the baby pushing her back out and stretching in the middle of my bump, but am wondering if maybe this is what Braxton Hicks feel like since it makes my bump go hard? Not sure. I'm also peeing massively more, it was every 2 hours last night, quite annoying as before it was about every 4 hours. And for the first time yet, I actually feel ready for her to come!

I see my consultant on Thursday where he will apparently decide whether to induce me 'this week or next', but I don't for a second think it will be this week. Am keen to get the growth scan and see what he says though

Cant stop Ive been getting the same thing and couldnt decide if its baby just leaning out on my bump or braxton hicks as Ive never had them before?? Confusing isnt it..

Ive actually started weeing a bit less at night and only been once a night the last few nights Not sleeping overly well though Just want bubs, hopefully midwife will give me some good news tomorow

I knew going to bed before half 9 was a bad idea, I'm up now!!!!

I went for a wee before bed last night, brushed my teeth and then went straight back for another wee!!! Lol its getting ridiculous! Ive been getting lots of little pains too - feels like the pressure of his head very low down. Hope he is getting ready to come!

I'm getting those pains too cherelle! Especially when I'm walking about! Well ladies I wonder if anyone will go today! Lander has predicted I will go tomorrow and Laceys mum is saying Sunday........I bet I go overdue haha.

I have been the same for the last two nights, about an hour of really low jabbing pains like she is pressing her head on my bits.... hoping she is on her way
