May Mummies!!!!

Wow nanc you got a date for inducement already? You got organised midwives.. mine is crap..
I told my midwife at my last appointment I want inducing at a max of 10 days over but she said we would discuss itat next appointment when ill be 40+3!!
Oh mines predicted over 9lb and has a huge head! looking forward to that

Pink panther I know nothing is going to work but its fun trying.. I did lots of running and jumping around yesterday and had curry etc but hes still happy in there He is VERY quiet now though compared to what he was...
Dont worry about being emotional I was the same with hubby at home, Id wait for him to leave then burst out crying cos I knew he felt guilty leaving me so didnt want him to see me crying.. Ive been away from him forover a month now though but he gets here a week tomorow so Im on countdown to baby and for him to arrive But its going soooo slow!

If baby would arrive time would go so much quicker, ive even given him permision to arrive on friday if he really wants! Would be good for me and my sister whos having my son and my mum whos my birthing partner are both off work

Ive decided I may tell him hes not allowed now actually, hes going to be a typical male and do the opposite of what hes told .. so if i tell him he cant come friday maybe he will make an appearance..

Beth, my community midwife is crap, but I have chosen to book into a different hospital for the birth (mainly for better facilities and recommendations) from where she works, and they are a lot more organised. I wonder if your little man is quiet as he is resting ready to make his way out? x

Im booked into the birthing centre where she doesnt work so thankfully I wont have her at the actual birth (as long as he comes on time) but Ive got an appointment with her on wednesday to discuss induction hopefully.

Hes been really quiet for a few days now which is good, he normally has the odd quiet day then goes crazy again but I think hes ran out of room now.. still hoping its a good sign and as you said hes getting ready to come

I was like that when midwife said "i'll see you on your due date and I'll give you a sweep" its like wow this really is happening

Ahh i hope so, maybe he will surprise me tomorow ... Im still thinking 4th may though, ive got 3 appointments that day, 1 dentist 1 hairdresser and 1 midwife so hopeing he might decide to come then just to be awkard

I'm up because I've got an upset tummy and can't keep off the toilet, not sure if it was something I ate off the BBQ or whether it's my body having an evacuation process. Hopefully the latter.
