Gypsy - get back into bed NOW!

you can expect to ovulate within 12-36 hours of a pos OPK. Your temp hasn't gone up yet, but that doesn't mean you haven't already ovulated - it means you're unlikely to have ovulated yesterday. So I'd say today's the O day, get BDing immediately! And yes, put it down as O pain.
Mildly - woohoo! Same for you, hope you've been making the most of it!
Bagpuss - I had the same thing this month, lots of spotting afterwards too. Well, not lots, but maybe a little once a day for several days... really annoying.
My temps seem to be fluctuating lots this month too. Temp didn't go down (well, not significantly on the new, not at all on the old!) but I have got a sore throat and I've started sneezing... so I bet I'm getting Chrissy's cold, via CB23 and the rest of you... THANKS CHRISSY! Just give us your cold and bugger off and get pg, why don't you?!
Anyway, as I said before, I don't have good feelings about this month, I'm so busy and quite stressed, and DH is out lots, so I'm just noting things down and trying not to even think about it. Pretty hard though.
p.s. - did any of you read the article in yesterday's Times (Body & Soul section) about the 46-year-old woman who found herself pg with twins after giving up hope? (2nd marriage, 16-yr-old son by first marriage) Twins are now 2 and healthy... ROM, don't think you can call yourself 'really old' at all, apparently 22,000 women over 40 gave birth in the UK last year, 5,500 for the first time.
