OK what is going on - I usually wake up to AF - had a couple of glasses of wine last night as I was sure that this morning she would be here but NO!!!!! I just wish she would come as I want to get going for December...... and before anyone says it ........... my temp did go up a bit this morning but I did have a drink last night ....... I have tested this morning and got a fantastic evap on a sainsbury's test but not a sausage on my last first response.....

ROM - is it definitely an evap, or are you saying that because you're not sure and you got a blank on the FRER? i.e. what makes you say it's an evap - beyond time limit, colour, etc? Try not to stress about it - easy for me to say I know - but might be worth popping to Boots and seeing if the FRER offer's still on? I noticed in your July cycle, you had a slight rise before AF, but usually it goes down, so I think you're right, it's difficult to read much into those temps. All you can go on for the moment is that AF isn't here so you're not out yet. Put those tests away for today though, and don't think about it till tomorrow morning...

Trudy - are you still around? Haven't seen any posts from you for a while - hope all's ok.

Flick - I hear of so many women getting colds in early pregnancy, I read it's something to do with your immune system being temporarily suppressed so your body doesn't reject the baby, so it's probably a good sign. And your DH is just being ill in sympathy!

Hope everyone else is ok, and that you all have a good weekend.

I'm now away for a few days, back Wednesday - looking forward to stalking some charts then, and hope there's some exciting news!

OK this is the evap on the sainsbury's test - the dye is all strange so I really dont think it is a real line - I also tested - on a First Response which last month had lovely pink lines on for me from 14 dpo......

Morning all

Have you get anymore tests you can use ROM. I can see that line clearly, how long was it before you saw it?

My temps don't seem to go up even if I've had a glass of vino but everybody is different.

This must be so frustrating for you but so long as AF stays away it's all looking hopeful

The line was there as the dye went over the test - but there was loads of dye and this was taken when it dried..

It's all over for me for another month because AF reared her ugly head this morning!!!

At least I'll have more than one chart to look at though on the bright side

well my temp up a bit this morning i had to get up early and take the girls to their dancing, i was running late and didnt have time for breakfast, so are just going out for breakfast and i will need to get some more tests, im 10dpo so im hoping something will show up i got a slight shadow on the test i did last night but i dont think the pic went on right, be back later.

sookie, that sounds really strange, I will definitely keep using the OPKs through this cycle - I bought a new load the other day. I am really intrigued to see when or whether I do actually Ov. Also I was warned by my herbalist that taking the Agnus Castus would serverely shorten my cycle, she predicted it would be about 3 weeks long this first month before regulating next month. I guess if I have Ov'd around now that would work out with her theory. I guess we'll wait and see

Bagpuss, I'm glad to hear you don't necessarily get a darker line on your OPKs, I guess if you get indication of a surge then it's ok to take as a positive.

So, my temp went down this morning But my CM has gone back to creamy but my cervix has moved up high. Sorry if TMI but yesterday I could feel the opening like a big dimple and today I can't get to it at all. It's like it has turned around more and I can't get to the front.

Does anyone has experience with cervical position and could tell me what they think this is? It is high but don't know if it is open, and not sure if I would say it is soft.

I wonder if I am seeing the dip before O in my temps? what do you all think?

2 weeks of lots of BD'ing for me as I'm not sure when I might ovulate.

I've also started taking Pregnacare, all round vitamins for conception and pregnancy. Expensive but hope it will help with things.

i tested on friday and got a slight line with a cheep test, and i tested today with a first response and only got a slight shadow so i really dont know what to think, time will tell i suppose, i have been a moody moody pig all day but i think its just down to not really knowing yet

Claire I know exactly how you are feeling - its on your mind all the time you just want to know either way ........ My DH drove me mad saying just forget about it we'll find out soon enough!! Drove me round the bend.....

Doesnt matter what I say to you - you will spend the next day or two worrying yourself stupid but try and do as much as you can to take your mind off it x x x x x x

Kitty - you asked me if i was checking my Cm and yes I have, sorry if TMI but I havent had any EWCM yet, just creamy CM.

If I have ov early lets just hope that I BD at the right time? and if I havent Ov I'm going to BD as much as possible!!!

you are right I may have misread the thermometer when it was 35? i am always half asleep in the morning!! I dont do mornings!! I have a question though - are you supposed to take your temp as soon as you wake up? i let myself come to a bit then take it! so I may have turned over in bed a few times? could this affect the reading?

I suppose i will be able to tell better when I get more experienced in temping and next month I will have started from the beginning of the month too.

Sorry if i have missed anyone, i am still learning what everthing means on charts etc, you are all really helpful on here so i am sure i will learn fairly quick?
