Hey ladies
Can I ask how do you know when you've started your period? I've not bled for a few days now, near a week, TMI but my discharged went from old blood to a creamy kinda discharge. Only today I've started bleeding again, old blood to start with but it's slowly turning red. Could this be my first period? Xx
Am i the only one who likes my HV?! lol
She's an old fashioned kinda midwife...one of those 'i have to tell you the guidlines, but we did it differently with our kids and they turned out ok!' She's a great believer in a mother intuition apparently. But we shall see!

I really don't like mine at all. She told me my house wasn't ideal for a baby because there are too many stairs (I have 3 floors) - yes well, I can purchase stair gates cant I - and she told me I was overfeeding JJ and that his weight had to be monitored weekly.
In our first meeting I had to describe how I made a bottle up, step by step and also had to describe how I changed a nappy and cleaned JJ!
I always feel like a naughty school child in her company - I feel like she is judging me.
I'm dreading my appt with her next Tues.
I'm a bit worried now! Scott only manages between 4 and 5 oz per feed note. He did have 6 last week but just couldn't ever finish a bottle so I dropped it back to 5. Everyone else's baby seems to drink far more reading this. I think the main problem is he drops asleep nearly every bottle and waking him is just impossible! He's not unsettled though so maybe he just has a small appetite

I wouldn't worry, think we just have greedy ones. Xx
Grrrrr! Sick of the in laws! Got j into a bit of a routine of bath, bottle, bed and he immediately slept from 8-4. We decided we don't really want to be up at 4am so decided to push his bedtime to 10/11. Just had the inlaws saying 'ooh its far too late for a bath now, need routine no later than 6 or 7 and he's too young to be sleeping through' I feel like screaming BUGGAR OFF!!!
What do you guys think? Xx

Nod smile and carry on, Libby goes to bed at 9.30 and wakes between 4 and 6 but I'm too knackered to stay up any later lol up until a few weeks ago it was between 10 and 10.30
Nails painted, legs shaved and hair dried just got to straighten my hair in the morning and do my make up.
Night ladies and babies
