Well Joshie has had me up since 04.45am...he dropped back off again around 7am-ish for half an hour, but is now busy grizzling away...I have one seriously miserable baby on my hands today Could be a long one...

I have absolutely no idea if I've even ovulated yet!! But we've only done it once (as I freaked out about baby thing) and that was 15th aug, so it would be 2 weeks now. I did an other test this morning and still neg so I'm 100% certain I'm not preggers. Just wish my period would hurry up

Only 2 night feeds last night and DH took Evan downstairs at 8.40 when he woke so I had a lie in til half 10. Feel much more human.

Evan had a solid poop last night. The Gaviscon isn't definitely effecting him but he doesn't seem too bothered by it and the good is outweighing the bad at the mo. Don't think we've had a screamin fit for a few days FX.

We went to look at highchairs today and the selection was rubbish. What have you ladies gone for? Don't want to spend much unless it converts to a toddler chair xx

That's great Amy - bet the lay in did you the world of good! I didn't go to bed until quite late last night...was nearly 1am JJ had me up just before 5am, so I feel like I am hanging today lol.

I picked up a Babyweavers folding highchair in Kiddicare - got 60% off at the time, which was great. I cant post a link though as the chair seems to be sold out at the mo, I cant find it online anywhere. Kiddicare is amazing - they opened a massive new superstore about 15 miles from where I live...a little dangerous for the bank card! xx

Oh yes...and JJ went down for a nap at 12.45pm. Still waiting for him to wake . Wish I could nap like that!! xx

Go JJ! Evan napped in the car seat while we are out shopping. Hoping he will wear himself out rolling on the mat. Does sound like he's straining for a poo though will try a small bit of cooled boiled water later xx

We've got the chicco snack happy chair. It's £47.99 in mothercare but we got them to price check it because asda had it in stock for £39.99.
I've sat H in it but haven't used it properly yet. It folds and reclines a little.

Here he is testing it out.

Must be the day for naps - h went down at 2:45 and is still asleep now. If he doesn't wake soon I'll be worried incase he doesn't sleep tonight x

JJ ended up having a 4 hour nap! Epic!! Typical that today was the first day in weeks the DH was going to look after him to give me a little break...DH didn't have to do much at all and I was expecting some sarcastic comments about looking after him being really easy!!

In fact, he woke up just as DH went for a bath. Typical.

I sometimes think they are in cahoots together you know Lol xx

Hey girls. Even tho jack is teething he is like a little dream baby today. Smiling and laughing his little head off. But biting his teething ring like mad. He also slept right through the night even tho he didn't eat properly due to our epic drive home from holiday. Dreading the oh going back to work tomorrow. Been lovely to spend time with him as he usually works long hrs. Roll on Christmas!!!! X

Had a fab if not a bit chilly day at Chatsworth. Treated myself to some boots that I've been after for a couple of years, bought madam a suit for the winter a couple of nice Christmas (sorry for swearing) tree decorations for Libby's first Christmas and a new dog bed.

I've been planning Christmas for a few weeks now I always like to spread the cost across a few months and usually start picking up bits in August (feel free to shoot me!)

We are going away for a long weekend this weekend coming up, so am going to drag the suitcase out tonight to start doing a little bit of packing each day. Cant wait!! xxx

Chezza, we go to Tenby for a week on the 20th. I'm trying to be super organised and have half packed. I just don't know how we're going to fit everything on the car!

H is much better now, which is a relief. But he is sleeping loads more. He normally doesn't nap for more the 45mins but the last couple of days he's had one massive nap, late afternoon. Is this part of the 4th leap do you think, or is it because he's been poorly? X

I have no idea stargirl I deleted the wonder weeks app by mistake so I'm not even sure if/when H is due his next one.

V&B nice haul I love shopping for Xmas decorations! I can't wait for Xmas this year

I feel like such a crap mummy I've just been cutting Hs nails whilst he slept he flinched and i snipped the tip of his finger and made him bleed :'( he didn't cry much just wittered but I feel awful.

He had another poo today, still rock hard and struggled not sure what else I can do? I'm giving him water in between feeds. He's not drinking as much either now, and sucking up a bit more than normal too. I'm putting it all down to him being constipated, he's happy enough in himself.

Anyway he's down now, I wonder how long for?! Lol xxx

Morning Ladies & Babies!

Hope everyone had a good weekend...?

We are off to see one of my friends and her little girl this morning - she is pregnant again with a little boy, so I am bringing over a pressie for LO and a few bits and pieces for her that JJ never really used. I know 3 people due in the same week in January - weird!

Cant wait to get this week out of the way and head off to Dorset on Friday!! We have booked to go to the River Cottage Autumn Fayre event on Saturday - SO EXCITED!! Love River Cottage - have been a few times now. (We tend to try and holiday in Dorset once a year as it's where I am from and we both love it down there.)

Very organised Stargirl! I'm going to start packing when I get back this afternoon. I've made lists of what we need...and funnily enough JJ's list is the longest! We should get everything in my car - I have a CRV so lots of space. Famous last words!!

We're both feeling pretty good this morning still 2 feeds but 2am then 5am then a lie in till 8! I've been awake on and off with OH alarm going off.

Currently feeding madam not sure what we are do as I'm carless today might try and tidy the living room up and a nice walk round the village.

Have you tried 5oz of water with a table spoon of pure apple juice in it. HV advised me of it for constipation. I think it does help xx

Stumbled across something called "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" on Sky and it appears to be keeping JJ very entertained! He is busy giggling away watching it...?!? Oh well...if it means I can have a hot cuppa every now and then, so be it...!! (Bad mummy lol!) xx

H is at the doctors today for his last lot of jabs poor little mite, he's in such a good mood this morning as well, fingers crossed they don't affect him much, but I think I've read that the second jabs are the worse!

Snuggles on the sofa in order today.
