Morning ladies!
Very tired here this morning, babies slept great until the early hours and then they both cluster fed from about 3:30am til now! Urgh!
Wouldnt mind, but we have to go to the hospital today, Santiago has a scan appointment to see if his hole in the heart has improved. And they are both a bit cranky. Fingers crossed they behave. And more finger crossing that we see some improvement

I hope it goes well Nikki. We don't have to go back until Jan. I'm sure it will have improved. If he is feeding well and gaining weight he should be fine x

Thanks, he is definately gaining weight and at 8 weeks the doc said it sounded a little worse because he was gaining so fast. At that time he was having a bottle of top up in the evenings and she told us to stop that so he slowed down a bit. He is still a big boy though considering how small he was at birth. OH had one and said his didnt close up until he was a teenager. I am not too worried though xx

Morning all,

Libby's woken every hour fir a feed from 3.30 so I'm shattered. She's got her final jabs this afternoon. So hoping for a nice long jab induced nap thus afternoon lol

Found out my brothers got shingles! We were out with him last week so keeping a close eye on madam.

V&B - Libby should be ok - it's not usually contagious until the first blister bursts and ends when they scab over. I've had about 8 outbreaks of shingles - the last was when I was 4 months pregnant and that was the worst attack I've had Hope your brother feels better soon! xx

Evan is a clockwork baby. He woke at midnight and then again at just gone 4. And I got wee'd on again at 4. He's less grumpy this morning though which is an improvement.

V&B - you finally got a replacement then...? I used to be such an avid reader - would go through at least one a week...but I actually still have 3 books leftover from my Christmas stash! I've toyed with getting a kindle, but I really, really love going into WHSmiths to buy brand new books...think I would miss the old fashioned way of doing things lol. Enjoy though!! xx

I was the same and obviously with madam pricing up a book is a no go but with the kindle I can read one handed whilst feeding or cuddling a sleeping babe I adored my old one hope the fire is as good

Hectic morning, but good news, the hole is closing and should be gone by the time we have another check in a years time, horaay! He wasnt too keen on the sticky pads and then the cold gel though, but he was just a bit whingey so all good
Luckily the doctor had a toy to distract him
