I'm biting the bullet and I'm going to go and get jack weighed tomorrow. After those HV pissed me off I'm dreading it. But I'm gonna take jack and prove them all wrong. Especially as he is now on SAVOURY purees. Something they said that he wouldn't eat because I started him off on Rusks! Will be happy to wipe their smug looks off their faces! Anyway jacks had a brilliant day and he's had his sweet potato for tea! He loves it. Anyway hope all the babies and mummies r ok xxx

Ooooh enjoy getting your hair done V&B...I desperately need a trip to the salon! Must make an appt soon...I quite fancy a pedicure too and I have a voucher too :-)

Yay, go little Jack!! Bless him :-) Hope his weigh in session goes well xx

Tonight is one of the first night's E has gone into her cot awake & fallen asleep on her own! Managed a bit of time alone with OH too! Last time for a while as the in laws are coming to stay for 2 weeks. It's just going to be me and them during the daytime too... eek!

I've got a hauck sit & relax highchair. It's a baby seat that reclines at the mo & E sits with us at the table when we eat our dinner. It then converts into a high chair later when she's ready for it. I really like it.

Good night everyone. Fingers crossed for sleepy, happy babies everywhere!

JJ and I are having a PJ day tmrw too stargirl :-) Well, after a nice long walk in the park first thing anyway!

Lol JBJ!! Gotta love the exploding nappies!! Why do they always look so darned pleased with themselves!! ;-) xxx

Yeah she did look so chuffed with herself. It was all in her belly button and all up the sides. God she stunk! About to give her a good bath now! lol xxx

Hello ladies!

Just a quick question...when did uz all get AF? Rhys is 18 weeks on sunday and still no sign for me...I'm not breastfeeding either! Starting to worry a little!!!

xxxx

I'm on my third now Hun after the initial bleeding, I'm not sure what's normal and what's not Hun, were you quite regular before getting pg? Is there any chance at all of being pg again? Maybe book in to see the gp for a check up? Xx

Mine came around 9 - 10 weeks I think. Wish I'd kept a record of dates as I haven't had one since and am also a little worried!!! Wondering if they are just going to a bit irregular for a while?? xx

Mines were pretty regular before but I was on the pill! Didn't want to start the pill until I got it just to help keep me on track! No chance of being pg again...hmmm might book app at docs! Might just be that it will be a little irregular!

xxxx

Well if other people are having long gaps in between Hun and there's no possibility it's prob just your body adjusting and regulating again xx I wouldn't be too worried Hun x

Ladies , I've got a question for u and I would love to hear your personal views as I have heard such contradicting stories that my poor little mummy brain is getting befuddled with it all??!! Well all I wanted to know is........

Are you using/going to be using bumpers in your cot for LO??

Do u think they r safe/unsafe??

Do u recommend them if ur already using them??

Would love to see what people on here think because I'm just in two minds as to what to do. I've heard horror stories from people that didnt have them on their cot. Like my friends little girl who manage to break her arm as she got it caught in the bars of her cot as she didnt have bumpers. And another friend did have them on their and baby stopped breathing because he rolled ups against one , face first and stopped breathing until their sensor mat went off?!?! So I ask u lovely ladies to help settle my mind as to what is best because my boyfriend just keeps saying 'well its your choice'! But I don't want my choice to be the wrong one!!! Xxxx

I don't think anyone else can answer that question for you though Hun x you have heard good and bad about both ways, and there will be positives and negatives posted Hun but its got to be what feels right in your heart / what you can live with x I personally don't have the bumper on the crib / cot and she does roll over and put her arm through the bars, but in my heart I can live with that more than the other possibilities xxx

What about getting some breathable bumpers, then you have the best of both worlds.
E's not in her cot yet so haven't had to worry about it yet, bit I did leave her in it recently so I could Ho to the loo. When I came back, she was sideways with both legs sticking through the bars!

I've had this debate with myself. At the moment I've got half bumpers on H's cot but I do think I may take them off when he starts wriggling more. I might get some breathable ones too.

Morning ladies

H has slept through the night!! He went down at 9pm it's 7am now and he's still sleeping, he's not woken for a bottle all night, just had the odd wriggle/stretch!

He's going to wake up starving, he usually has a full 6oz in the night but has missed this plus only had 5oz at 8.30. So he's gone nearly 11 hours without an feed, does this sound right? How long do your babies go?

I knew this would happen, he sleeps through and I spend most the night starring at the screen and worrying about his milk intake! Typical lol

Oh oh we have movement and slight grumblings going on, he could be waking!

Morning Emma :) and nice work H!

Daisy goes 9/10 hrs through the night - I just figure if she was hungry she'd definitely let me know lol! She used to wake at 4/5am for a feed but just dropped it one day and hasn't gone back since! (Touch wood)
Fingers crossed H is dropping his night feed for you :) x

Tapatalking!

So jealous :(. H woke at half 12, then half 2 I popped his dummy back in at half 4 and managed to get another hr before he woke at half 5. He's just woke now. I've fed, changed him and now he's giving all his best smiles to daddy before he goes to work.

I've got the airwrap breathable ones. Very happy with them as Evan likes poking limbs out xxx
