***April & May Mummy & Baby***

And Emma... how long did H go for?

E was in a grumpy mood all da6 yesterday. She fell asleep early at 9, but then. needed feeding at 10 so woke for that & then wouldn't settle for a while. She's just woken up now at.2:30... wonder how long she'll sleep for now?

Wonder if there was something in the air with these grumpy babies.

I think H might starting the next leap early? I was almost certain he started the last one a few days early, so wouldn't that make sense.

He's eaten more and slept longer today. I normally feed him at 8 and he falls asleep on the boob, tonight he couldn't wait till 8 though, so I fed him at 7:45. He was in his cot for 8:20. He then went till half 12. But then woke again at 2:15. He went back down at 2:45 but now I can't sleep and I know he'll be awake again at around 4 - 4:30. Goodness I'm tired. Xx

Same here, stargirl. Fed E 2:30-3. She went straight back to sleep but it took me forever. I last checked the clock at 3:45. I'm now awake again with her at 5:30 & will be going for a 6km run after this feed. Might have to have a daytime nap with her today.

Just thinking about going for a run makes me tired - I don't know how you do it! H stirred at 4 but popped his dummy in and he's gone back off. I think I have till about 5 before he wakes for a feed.

I need to do it! I still have 7kg to lose & need to get rid of my mummy tummy!
Am off now. Hope E stays asleep for OH!

Morning madam went till 3.30 then 6.30 :)

What a night :(

H had awful wind last night, tried so hard to get it up. He woke at 12, popped his dummy in and he nodded back off til 1.40. Feed him a bottle, he only took 4oz tried for ages to get wind but couldn't yet he was doing wind smilies so I know he had wind to give. Even roped his dad into trying but he couldn't get anything either so just gave H some gripe water and left him to it.

He woke up at 6am, legs in the air moaning and farting like mad, I flipping knew he had wind. He's had a bottle again only 4oz were he should have had 2 6oz bottles. Anyway I managed to get a little wind from him this time, but he's still moaning legs in the air wriggling around on my bed. I'm hoping he has a good long nap today as I'm shattered. I pretty much saw every hour last night because I couldn't get back to sleep :(

Aww Emma, it's horrible isn't it? How are you finding the gripe water. I moved onto that from infacol and have to say I find it works better.

H woke at 5 like I knew he would. Fed him and kicked daddy out of bed so we could have our morning snuggles. I fed him lying down and he fell back asleep and is just starting to stir again now. I'll feed him in bed when he wakes and then we'll get up.

Here he is fast asleep next to mummy. The only time I let him sleep on his belly.

Ha ha my maths skills left me soon after getting pregnant!

I'm off shopping today to buy some jeans. I've been wearing my maternity ones but they are now too big. I don't fit back into my size 10s so hopefully will be a 12. Think I'm back to pre-pregnancy weight but have the dreaded mummy tummy.

I went to bed at 9 last night, still couldn't sleep but at least wasn't woken til 4 with the sounds of pooping (Evan not me lol!) then back to sleep til 9.

Happy Tuesday ladies and babies xxx

We managed a morning nap thank god, he slept for another 4 hours! Has still woken up grumbling tho, so I'm going to give him a belly massage once his milk has settled.

Stargirl I do find the gripe water works, I'm actually contemplating using it before every feed instead of the gripe water. How do you use yours, every meal or just as and when?

Xxx

I've been shopping :o bought a stokke high chair £70.50 then £37 for the baby seat. I love mothercare outlet!

Also bought baby gro's in the next 2 sizes for pj's it's the same ones she's had since newborn :) I'm a soppy sod.

Just got in and we're having cuddles. Having copper coil fitted next week.

I tend to only give 5ml before am feed. Then around dinner if I think he needs it and then again before bed. So only give it 3 times at the most. It hasn't half made a difference tho.

I've been looking at high chairs. Can't decide which one to get.

I've been trying to decide I've always liked the Tripp trap but wasn't paying £140 for it without the baby seat. It is an investment too it will be used for years and years. Might go and get another lol

Think I might get told off when oh gets home lol

Madam is napping she had 40 mins woke up I changed her and rocked her back and I've just put her back down.

Afternoon Ladies!!

Well, I had my KIT day today and it was nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be :-) I work at a Uni, but they broke me in gently and we met at one of our conference centres instead - a local historical country estate and we had tea in the sunshine, a delightful served 3 course meal for lunch and a walk around the lake and grounds in the afternoon. I can think of worse ways for my first day back :-)

Hope you are all ok and have had good days!! Babies - I hope you've been behaving yourself today! ;-) xxxx

My mums buying our high chair for us. The only thing I want is for it to be able to recline.

Chezza glad your KIT day wasn't as bad as you though.

We've had a busy day today. So I am planning a pj day all day tomorrow already. Xx
