36 weeks today! I cant believe how far weve come, its getting so exciting now!

I’m fed up. 35+4 - everything hurts, I’m huge and I just wanna cry.

Oh no l1991 I know how you feel. I genuinely feel like I cant stretch any more and my back has started hurting really badly x

36 weeks tomorrow! We’ve got a scan to check our baby is head down! Gosh I hope she is! ��

Ubhave the 2nd to last growth scan tomorrow.

Hope everyone is doing ok?

I’ll be 37 weeks on Monday which is crazy! I have the consultant on Friday 23rd to let them know we’ve decided on a caesarean and we should be given a date then which is terrifying, I never liked the idea of knowing when your baby’s birthday is going to be!

Anyone else getting really nervous now??

Does that mean you’re not going to choose your due date? Cus by the looks of it your due date is the same as your first baby’s birthday xx

Weeek 37 weeks full term. Bet I go over haha.
How exciting that you will have a date soon and we will meet your baby.
Nervous, scared, happy, excited I'm a mixed bag of emotions right now x

We’ll be given a date l1991 and I won’t be allowed to go past our due date so they won’t share a birthday! DS was due on the 9th April as is this little one (not quite sure how we managed that one!) but he ended up being born on 14th April.

I’m getting very nervous for Friday now! Time is just going so quickly! We’ve just ordered new carpet and a new bed for our bedroom which will all be due to arrive & fitted around the first and second weeks of April we must be mad!!!

Well I just got up from the sofa to a massive wet patch on my top and the sofa... didn’t know I’d start leaking already!!

So when I did sleep last night, I dreamt I lost some plug and my waters broke.

Nearly 38 weeks. Alot of contracting happening but not amounting to anything. Getting very uncomfortable

36 weeks here,hes down in my pelvis so pretty uncomfortable but nothing else happening yet. I'm waiting to hit 37 weeks on Tuesday then will be trying everything to kick start labour,I'm so ready to not be pregnant lol x

I’m 37 weeks today! I want baby to come next week when my fella has a few days off! (He works away and has been 5 hours away this week so glad I haven’t gone into labour without him!) xx

Doesn't look like anything is happening here. Head isn't engaged at all.
I'd love this baby to come in the next couple of weeks due to half term but o feel I'm going to be pregnant forever. Last time my midwife booked me in for interventions on my due date not this time. Just a normal appointment the day before my due date and then she will see me the week after. Not overly happy

Yes totally aware. My 1st baby wasn't engaged at 38+6 and I laboured that night with her. It's the tightenings that are getting me down. Constant false hope.
Also doesn't help the fact the midwives put the fear of god in you saying if your waters go and baby is not engaged then the cord could go in the gap causing no oxygen etc

my last pregnancy i had prodromal labour which meant i had contractions every 5 minutes for quite a few nights before the actual labour which went away by morning...it was awful....

Will you be having a sweep if you reach due date loula? My midwife said shell do one on the day im 40 weeks then I'm off to stay with my parents to wait it out so I'm nearer the hospital. Im sure its normal not to be engaged until actual labour for second pregnancies so sure itll be fine x
