I will be 39+6 when I see her again in 2 weeks.
Personally I don't think I will be able to tolerate a sweep couldn't really tolerate a speculum last week. Nothing has been mentioned so I assume it will be at my 41 week appointment

personally i find a speculum worse than a sweep, but others may disagree?

I've had it going on for a fair while now. I've noticed I'm like a tap when in the bath. Shame it's not going to be used x

I never found the sweep to be painful at all,had two last time,suppose it depends on the midwife and her technique! My boobs seem to leak in the bath,I'm dreading the day I get wet patches when out and about! X

Same in having to out pads in my tops when I take my bra off. So flamourous haha x

C section all booked! After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing they booked my pre op for Tuesday morning. Only a week and a half to go and she’ll be here!!!

Had a moment this morning of realisation that I am in no way ready (mentally) to be a mum of 2!!

It's a bit late now I appreciate but I think it's the fact that we have only just started sorting our bedroom out to make room for the moses basket. We've only just started sorting out the moses basket as in trying to locate where we sorted it from DS. I thought we asked the in laws if they could put it in their attic but they've said it's not there. So we now need to ask to borrow a ladder to head up into our loft (we have nowhere to store a ladder) to see if it's up there!

We have new carpet coming to be fitted Wednesday, have some new furniture from Ikea to put up and then a new bed being delivered on the 9th!

So much to be done and so little time! I'm also trying to fit in a few catch ups with a couple of close friends before baby arrives!

38 weeks. This weekend should be finishing baby's room by putting her mattress in her cot and making the bed up. Sorting out the car seat etc. I wonder haha x

We're 36+4 today. Tomorrow we're doing 150mile round trip to my mum's house to clear out the last of what we want to keep. After that we're going to get the smaller car seat back out of the loft and leave it in the new second hand seven seater we've bought.
Growth scan Monday then consultants Thursday at 37+2. See what that brings.

Well I’m 37+3 today and my waters went last night at 10.45pm.
My contractions still haven’t started so they will put me on the drip at 10.45pm tonight!
