I find I feel a bit sick swimming now as well, do you? I've had to swallow hard a few times lol! Def believe exercise helps though, keeps your mobility and my back hasn't hurt this pregnancy, just wish my hips didn't! I'm not a big fan of yoga stuff, I'm a bit of an adrenaline gym goer and never feel like I've done anything unless I'm sweating and can't breath! Been hard to control myself to not over do it!
