:hug: tezzy, last time i went away for a week i put on a stone :oops: so atleast you're not that bad!! onwards and upwards as they say!!

i know this is probs gona sound really daft, but is it possible to eat too little and not lose much weight? i know like, if you dont eat, your body goes into starvation mode and whatnot, but how little do you have to eat for it to do that? i've been eating a bowl of soup for lunch and a small tea most days, with the occasional snack, but thn when you read all the diet things, it seems like so much more than what i'm eating. probs just me wanting to find an excuse to eat more tho :lol:
 
If you eat under 1,200 calories a day, your body will not lose weight properly. Ideally you should be eating over this, and spreading it out over 5 times a day. Three meals, and two snacks.
 
Really bad workout tonight, and feel really shitty :(

I'll be cancelling my TA weekend tomorrow morning (even though the bus is at 11am!). I can't go because my legs are f*cked! :cry:

i lost 2 lb :D well chuffed with that, it's an improvement on last week!! am celebrating with a mini pizza now :oops: better than before, when i would have eaten a big pizza to myself!

ive had an apple and some water so far, gonna have homemade veg soup for lunch with a piece of bread and then im making a spinach and cottage cheese lasagna for dinner tonight! was gonna have garlic bread too but its like 5syns a slice so i guess not!

i lost another 2lb this week :yay: i'm pretty happy with this as the scales kept fluctuating between a 2lb and 3.5lb loss, so i'm going with the higher weight! another good day for me...

1 crumpet for breakfast with a little low fat spread
lunch - jacket with cottage cheese
afternoon snack - 0point ww's onion soup (home made and lovely :D) and i had a nice hot choc too - this filled me right up and was so pleased as i do suffer from hunger :oops:
dinner - chicken and pasta in a nice white wine sauce - pointed correctly so i'm happy! followed by yoghurt.

still have loads of points left so i'm going to have a nice hot choc and maybe something ww's and choc-y later - i have choc issues :oops:

I've also lost 2lbs. It was 2.8lbs but I binged last night as I was feeling crap :oops:

Tezzy, your dinner sounds lovely :) I make a lasagna with creme fraiche and Parmesan rather than a cheese sauce which is yummy.
 
well done nic and carly!! aw i'm dead chuffed for us all lol! i fell like i've lost this week if that makes sense!

i've been lookin at all my measurements i've been doin and i've lose 2.5" off my hips, 1.5" off my waist and 1.5" off my thighs, so am happy today :D dont think my couple of glasses of wine tonight will have helped :oops:
 
Alice that's fantastic inch loss :yay: I'm a big fan of tracking inches, it's very motivating!

I'll have to get my thinking cap on and post the recipe for this challenge before the weekend is over and a new Loser Of The Week is crowned :)
 
You motivated me to check my inches too.

In three weeks I've lost...

3 inches of each thigh (so 6inches in total)
2 inches off my bust
2 inches off my waist
2 inches off my hips

Very happy with that, and it's got me back on track after my hiccup recently with my injury. I was feeling rather de-motivated! Back to it tomorrow!
 
thats fab hun!! especially the thigh loss! its mad, im starting to feel muscles now, like under allt he flab on my belly i can feel muscle, and there's something hiding under my boobs too!!

I lost 3lb this week although I've had a hard emotional week so I expect to even out or not lose next week. My eating has been poor at times this week but hopefully next week I'll have a better appetite. I'm wondering though is my goal too low as I already feel on the thin sides and I don't want to go too skinny either :wall2: I may decide 9 stone is light enough for me which is 4 more lbs and 22 odd bmi, I didn't think I'd ever see that again :yay:

But my promise for the week is to actually eat more but obviously eat healthy :thumbup: and drink more water :)
 
i let myself down lastnight and had 4 slices of garlic bread... :( i NEED to keep on plan today

i just had boiled egg mushed in a cup for breakfast nom nom nom!!

determind to eat well today because im going to my friends tonight and will no doubt drink a little something

(youve been warned now for my behaviour at about midnight tonight :rofl:)

I need to get myself back on the wagon....

4 glasses of wine last night, a curry and some crisps this morning for my hangover LOL. Ugh, my poor body! Hopefully I can drag myself to the gym later.

yesterday i had egg for breakfast (no toast) and then 1 slice of cheese on toast topped with spring onion with a side salad and then i had home made soup for dinner..

then it kinda went downhill..

got to my friends and she'd bought stuff to make sandwiches, dorritos and cheesecake!! so all together i had about 6 double vodka and diet cokes, 3 small wholemeal rolls with tuna mayo (no butter), and a handful of dorritos.. i did resist the cheesecake though!


today ive woken up feeling AWFUL.. usually i scoff chocolate and salt & vinigar crisps for a hangover but i didnt today (maybe thats why i still feel like SHITE!) so i missed breaky all together and just had some soup for my lunch.

later going to inlaws for dinner.... they always make tonnes of food and then we sit at the table for hours just picking and eating and having pudding. fingers crossed i stay strong, ive told colin to keep an eye on me!
