i know this is probs gona sound really daft, but is it possible to eat too little and not lose much weight? i know like, if you dont eat, your body goes into starvation mode and whatnot, but how little do you have to eat for it to do that? i've been eating a bowl of soup for lunch and a small tea most days, with the occasional snack, but thn when you read all the diet things, it seems like so much more than what i'm eating. probs just me wanting to find an excuse to eat more tho
