Pink panther - she said it's just to check I'm not anaemic or anything before the birth. I've never heard of blood being taken this late on though so was surprised. Unless it's something to do with me being rhesus negative but can't see why that would be. Ah well I've got a massive bruise thanks to her being quite heavy handed. Maybe I shouldn't be hoping for her to do my sweep after all lol xx

Emma... You're a star. Waters def gone and having contractions every 6 mins. Tens is great. Staying at home as long as poss but these are getting worse. Still ok though... Piece of cake. Will update when she's here! Xxxx

Morning ladies

It's my due date today I'm a lot less excited than I thought I would be but I've just had a good think about things. I'm so lucky to have been able to conceive and carry a baby to full term, my pregnancy has been pretty easy. My health is the best its been in the whole of my adult life - and that is not something I take for granted! So I have to see I really am blessed!
I am fed up waiting but she'll be here very soon and this waiting won't even matter anymore!
