Reading through all your posts I'm desperately missing the excitement of the unknown of when your little one will make their appearance. Obviously I could still go into labour before my c-section, but with no real signs I think its very unlikely and tbh I'd rather I didn't anyway to save having an emergency one.

Awww thanks pinky! Ella is doing really well thank you! She gets weighed again this afternoon and I'm sure she's put weight on because she already looks bigger in her Moses basket! xx

Nope pinky nothing at all... I had a few sharp pains really low but hardly ever and no braxton hicks or anything. I cant remember what weight I predicted for baby ... But Ive put nearly 3 stone on now so hope hes big so I can blame it on him

Beth it might just happen really quickly like Jodie's did. I'm still glad she's in there putting on more weight Last night I felt impatient but I'm back to being easy going about it today. I think its the evenings I get impatient because I can't get comfy!

you know like they say sleep when the baby sleeps whoever said that didnt take into consideration how much you just want to gaze at your sleeping baby as you really could just look at them all the time

Just sat eating pineapple and my mouth is really stinging, but I've just been told that if it works more than my mouth will sting

I weighed myself this morning and I've put 4lb on since getting pregnant which is great! I lost some weight with bad morning sickness in the first trimester but I think I'm making up for it now!

Midnight- some good advice there for chilling and taking it easy. Im off to put my feet up now.

Wow, 3 due date buddies (counting becki28's booked c section). Hello x

I think it's about time for a date and weight prediction.

For some reason I think he's going to come on Friday 13th! I'm not superstitous at all about the date but I still wouldn't like it as some people I know are superstitious and I know people would comment on it.
If he's that late then I reckon he will be 8lb 13oz. I had a growth scan last week and he measured at 7lb 3oz already so he definetly won't be small. Luckily I have nice wide childbearing hips - this is the only time I have ever been glad to have them!

She's 6lbs 6oz now (5lbs 9oz at birth and 5lbs 13oz last Tue)

I've been drinking the raspberry leaf tea Nanc, infact I have one right now Midwife even suggested it Have you? Although I'd like her to stay put till next week when the nursery should be finished

Yes Pinkymum, have had the RLT today... lovely, think I can cope with drinking lots of this. Apparently the castor oil was used in trials and 57% of women went into labour early after taking it as opposed to approx 5% who didn't take it. However, the reason it works is because its a laxative, so I recon any laxative would do, but don't fancy it myself.

Anyone know what the clary sage is or does?

Pink panther... so exciting, all three of us on same day! The hospital made me an appointment today for induction at 40+10 days in case I need it. It's normal procedure but made me a bit depressed at the thought! Really hoping I won't need it. My DD is spot on when the scan says, but no signs yet, just BH like Catty, and head engaged but not sure that makes any difference.

Ok my prediction is 4th of may and I'm going for 8lb 12oz.

Nanc I don't fancy the castor oil myself.

My Nannan suggested a hot bath today, I'm so warm that I don't think that I can do that either! She said it worked for her 3 times!

Pnkpanther Ive been having a hot bath every night this week and its not doing nothing for me Worth a try but I think baby just comes when they want.

We've both predicted the same day aswell. I hope I go before the 4th though , today would be fab lol

I hadn't realised that we'd picked the same day, I'm just going by my dd2 coming a day early. Like you any time now will do, apart from Friday

Feeling very fed up today, even though I'm getting out and about so won't be sat in the house all day but physically I feel as though I'm struggling. I cried because hubby went to work as well which made me feel bad because he then didn't want to leave me with me being upset! Blinking hormones eh?

Hi Catty, they say mine will be over 8lbs too, just hoping she has a small head!

Has anyone been given a date for being induced if needed? I have been given the 16th... Really hope she arrives before that.
