I remember the antenatal classes, the woman we had was fab, we don't need to push at all that's a common misconception, breathe and the baby will "fall" out and it won't hurt...

My birth with DS, she got right the part about needing to breathe but...I had to push, I had 2nd degree tears, I made whale sounds and yes it did hurt lol x

Wow I'm impressed with all you knowing how big your baby is and where it's lying. My midwife had a feel bit said she didn't have a clue! All I know is my fundal height is 29cm...! I really want to know where it's lying but I get the impression it's changing position quite frequently. X

Yeah you're probably right. At 25 weeks midwife thought baby was head down and at 28 weeks baby was lying across my tummy. Who knows what he/she will be up to on the 18th :) x

I've just booked my nhs classes....not sure what to expect. My midwife had a feel Friday, and I'm head down too...although how on earth she could tell. It's all lumps n bumps that aren't identifiable to me!!! Still head down at growth scan today. Also interestingly my fibroids weren't as obvious, and by her measurements are smaller , she had to really search for them. I'll try and upload pic-she attached to notes for reference in future x

Here is one, can't put 2 on at once for some reason?

Sounds about normal lol.

I had a spate of insatiable hunger last week. I think baby was having a growth spurt. As for the other symptoms. I'm afraid they're only going to get worse lol!

I've just been looking at the bump buddies thread and was wondering if anyone left in here wanted to be mine? I was going to ask Vic30, but I see you've already got one hun.

Or if anyone's in need of someone to start their labour thread? :)

I've definitely got the need to pee back! Funny pokey feelings at the ribs! However my little monster has still been very quiet the last 2 days after going crazy last week! Still enough movement to not be worried though. Enjoy ;) x

Aww I'd love to be a bump buddy to one of you more regular posters in May mummies ( that reminds me...I must tell Sinead to get over to this thread more ;)

I'm very happy to have two bump buddies! X

...but we should make sure everyone who wants one has got one first! X

Aww, thanks hun. I just want to make sure I've got someone to do my labour thread and I'd like to do the same for someone else. We are only one day apart though, so we might be labour buddies as well lol!

Did you want to keep in touch elsewhere, like facebook?

I get the 'oops I have just peed myself' most of the time! My bladder has always been rubbish and I don't seem to be getting any improvement with pelvic floor exercises. I only get it when I sneeze thankfully, but I do sneeze quite often... ;) A panty liner seems to be enough most of the time but thinking I might have to upgradeto tena's soon as the baby puts more ppressure on! Gulp! X
