As thanks hun.we're doing fine just really tired from my few days in hospital. The dog is confused, poor thing. We treat her the same but she gets freaked out by the crying. I'm hoping it improve. She's still really good with people just doesn't get this little creature invading her home xx

I'm happy and chilled after sorting the wrapping of a last couple of bits, getting all the presents under the tree and watching Santa Claus the movie in bed

Can't help wondering if any of us will have a Xmas baby!? Anyone got any signs. I've been slightly concerned that I've not had so much movement today (normally he's wriggly in the evenings and I've only had a couple of little prods) so I've had to (!) eat some chocolate orange to see if that perks him up, had a cold drink too and I'm lying on my left side. I think I'm getting a bit more now. When I went into labour with Ella I'd had less movements so maybe its a sign he wants to come?

Also had a couple of tightenings (nothing v painful though and certainly nothing regular) but don't want to get my hopes up as this seems to happen in the evenings and I go to bed thinking if its the real deal it will wake me up and then its gone by morning!

Jodied it sounds promising. Not quite the same as it was induction but Elsie went super super quiet after they started it all off and mw said that was quite common a few hours before labour. Maybe you won't get your turkey dinner xx

Jodie, fx this could mean something for you. It would be cool for someone to have LO on Xmas day! I wonder if it will happen! I have realised today that I have been losing my plug for a few days now. I was expecting a bloody show but it is jut like extra thick discharge (sorry for tmi!). What made me realise today is when I suddenly felt like a gush as if my period had started. Wondered if waters had broken but was just more of the plug I think. I have been having the tightenings too Jodie but as you said not v regular or anything. Quite sporadic in fact. It's just a waiting game isn't it?! My LO seems to be poking and pushing me really trying to get out of my tummy! Feels v peculiar! I have a sweep booked for Friday 28th and wonder if I will need it. I think I will! I can't see anything happening before then.

I said to OH tonight that I felt a little sad because I was really hoping to have LO for Xmas. His response was that I should be happy that we can actually have a baby as so many people struggle to conceive and that we are very lucky and just need to be patient. That put me in my place!

Anyway, in laws are coming over for 10 tomorrow so should try and sleep.
I hope everyone has an amazing Xmas and I will be keeping an eye to see if any labour threads!

Hey sammy hope you and your boys are ok! I'm still awake! Ella has been moaning on/off since she woke up at 2am!!!! Grrr not like her at all as she usually sleeps through. I'm also uncomfortable with lower back ache and hubby is feeling poorly so not much sleep in our house! Hoping to get some rest so that we can enjoy the festivities x

MERRY XMAS ONE AND ALLLLL!

I unfortunately, feel like fucking shit. I woke this morning to some projectile vomming, shaking and sore bones.

Safe to say me and OH are ill for xmas LOL. Ive barely moved out of bed all day. Heading up to my mum and dads shortly for dinner - and Im dreading it... I dont want to feel any more unwell than I already do and Im praying Jackson doesnt decide to be a due date baby now xxxxxxxxx

I know the feeling, I've had severe stomach pain all day, we had to come home from Ohs family and I'm gutted as I love Christmas. Pain is going now and I just want my daughter home (we left her there). Missing her lots
