***April & May Mummy & Baby***

It just backed up what I was feeling about him. She didn't say it in a nasty way, it was meant more to make me feel better about how I'm struggling. If he was an absolute angel and I had pnd I would be more concerned. Most of the pnd is because of what a nightmare he is. Don't get me wrong he can be wonderful and we do have some fun times, but they are too few and far between at the moment.

Hey ladies

Sorry haven't posted much been busy with the sis over from oz and letting her spend as much time with Rhys!!

Well 22 weeks here and still no period! I took 2 tests yesterday just to be sure as there was a small chance and I had convinced myself I was preggers lol! Thankfully for just now I'm not! I seriously don't think I could have coped physically/emotionally/mentally & financially lol!! Was absolutely shitting myself for a min tho!!

Off out for a few drinks with sisters & friends while OH stays at home! Rhys is already fed and sleeping so he won't have much to do lol!

Hope you all have a good night

xxx

Hey JMC! Hope you're having a great time with your sister...enjoy your night out tonight! xx

So sorry you're feeling how you are Amy. Bringing up a baby is hard enough as it is without having a difficult baby. I really hope Evan just turns a corner one day soon & you can start to really enjoy him.

I had success getting E off to sleep. Fed her & put her in her basket but she cried so I picked her up & gave her a cuddle, then put her down awake & left her cuddling her toy cat & listening to waves crashing. She took 10 mins of playing with her cat but then went to sleep on her own.
Just need to get these daytime naps under control. Am trying to put her down when she yawn, but if she cries, I take her out & play with her again until the next yawn, then try again. This does mean that we miss some naps but hopefully it'll pay off in the long run.

Hope all you winos are having good evenings! I haven't had a drink since last summer. Think I would be a very cheap date nowadays!

Morning Ladies,

Worst nights sleep ever :-( Have pretty much been up since 2am - LO wouldn't stay settled and I was up more times than I care to remember. Every time I went back to bed, he would either start crying again or DH would keep me awake with his bloody snoring!!!!!

I gave up trying to sleep, finally got up at 04.45am...gave Joshie his first bottle of the day and he then fell asleep on me. Stayed in his nursery til 07.00am, just rocking on the glider...then DH finally got up to take over so I could shower before he headed off to work. He only has to work 1 Sat or Sun a month...typically it always seems to fall on the day that I could do with some support and help with LO.

It's going to be a long day....

Hope you all had much better nights than we did! xxx

Oh yes...and AF still hasn't arrived...so did a pregnancy test....negative thank goodness!! My cycles are just all out of sync I think! xx

Morning,
Sounds like a rough night Chezza.

Wasn't going bad here until 4am Bella dog coughed scared the baby half to death real scared crying with tears and everything :( poor little soul was sobbing

Finally got her calmed down but she was wide awake pipped her in her crib and she played quietly till she nodded off, she then woke up at 5 for mummy dummy then back down till 7,30

First nap done on our bed her and daddy fast asleep but not me as I had to make sure oh didn't squash her.

She's in her cot whilst I get ready and check in on you lot.

Have a lovely Sunday everyone, bike racing is on the cards today so chilled day on the sofa, fish and turtle tank cleaning and a roast :)

We're watching the cycling too! Watched the Berlin marathon & went for a 15k run myself. Am considering going out on the racing bike as it's such gorgeous weather here.

E missed a morning nap & is making up for it now. She was due a feed at 12:30 & she's still asleep now at 1:15!

Ha ha! Is moto GP on? E went mad for the bikes when my father-in-law was watching it with her. The sounds of the bikes whizzing past made her squeal with delight!

Yep Libby loves it too she's got her own Rossi race suit :)

Hi ladies, we were enjoying nice weather today. My toddler decides wake up at 4 am today, stay up a bit then zonk out on our bed and sleep a bit more.
Took him to the park and Mark slept the whole time so woke up refreshed and happy.
Going to buggyfit tomorrow as i.missed a whole week because of having a cold.

Evan woke every 4 hours last night which is a great improvement. I also got him back to sleep at 7 until half 9. Unfortunately he has been mostly miserable again today. I was on my own for a bit and nearly lost it completely.

He's just woke from a nap in his car seat. He always waits til we're 2 mins from home to go to sleep.

Gave him a stick of pear to suck on earlier. He'll get some veg sticks as we eat our roast tonight. It's getting in his mouth, just not staying there but that is how it goes in the early days. Got him some apple flavoured cereal so he can have a spoon breakfast so he eats something

Mark had been sitting with us at the table and i gave him sone banana. Not sure he got much but he surely enjoyed it! He started screaming when we eat and grabbing stuff off my plate so time to wean me thinks

I gave Libby some banana at lunch today definitely saw one bit get swallowed the rest just got mushed up, she had fun.
Libby trys to swipe her daddy's dinner every night lol and he doesn't share food.

Trying to get her to have a snooze and failing here, she's gonna be a nightmare at bedtime just 30 mins will do please baby sleep.

Well we didn't get a sleep but she's in bed for how long is anyone's guess.

Been looking at mei tai carrier's think I might have to invest really like the look of them.

I'm going out for tea tomorrow with friends bricking myself about how munchkin will be, if she was good with taking a bottle I'd be ok but :(

I feel your pain V&B. Thought we had progress with the sleeping but no. Reverted back to old ways last night. And we are off to centre parcs with friends today. She's going to keep them up too :( depressing. And my friend has just found out she is preggers so I'm off to the spa alone lol xx

Morning Ladies,

Phew....had a much better night last night and don't feel like a complete zombie this morning.

I weighed myself this morning and haven't managed to shift anywhere near as much weight as I wanted to...I was overweight before I got pregnant (1 1/2 stone heavier than I should be)...and I think I put on 3 stone when pregnant. 10 weeks PP, I had lost 2 1/2 stone of that, but I appear to have put around 5 - 6 pounds back on :-( So the strict diet starts today!! I drink lots of earl grey tea and always usually have a biscuit or 2 with it - they are my biggest downfall - so I am just going to have to stop buying them as I have no willpower.

Anyway, today we are off to drop registration docs at our chosen nursery, then I am going on the hunt for some veggie bags for LO. Carnat was telling me that M&S do these little veggie steam bags with different batons of veggies...hoping to find some and try LO out on them soon. Even though I always make sure he has his milk before we eat lunch / dinner - he has started to get a little upset when he sees us eating and if he is nearby he has tried to swipe food off my plate lol. I think it's time for mayhem to begin...

Have a good day everyone! xx

Glad your night was better Chezza. I think its definitely weaning for us as Mark attacked my nectarine this morning(he saw me eating it, shouted to be picked up and launched himself into my nectarine!); little monkey. Not even pulled a face, just nommed it. Just nursing him so he naps and i can get ready to get out for my buggyfit.
Biscuits are also my downfall. I am slowly losing weight but had a bad weekend so getting back on it,14 kgs to go for me
