Early night for us all yet I can't sleep! H is snoring in his cot and oh is snoring next to me in bed. Arghhh! I need sleep!

Welcome back Stargirl so glad you had a lovely holiday.

Ive been a bit absent these last few days been feeling like poo lost my appetite, feel sick, upset tummy, tired and sooooooo moody!!!!!!!!!!

Rians been great although I think his teeth are playing him up. I got his Bumboo seat today and its a big hit he loves it x

Hope little Rian is better soon - teething sucks!! Joshie is cutting his second tooth as we speak and is so miserable with it - poor little sausage. I cant find anything to appease him...it's mummy cuddles full time or lots of crying

Hope all the tiny ones feel better soon. Slightly better night here, went to bed at 7.30 up twice by 9.30 thought it was gonna be another every 20 mins night then went till midnight then fed back down resettled 20 mins later then till 3.45 same again until 5.45 then up at 7. 45 min nap at 8.30 and now doing some jumping watching Kung foo panda

Checked last night and we are snack bang in the middle of another leap! Need to suckle increases and poor sleep amongst other things which explains a lot!

Walked the dogs just need a shower and for me and madam to get dressed.

Bloody leaps, I wish they'd do one!

I have a grumpy baby again today. He just fought against nap time again. He did have a little sleep in the car on the way to the cranial lady. Don't think it will do anything but was worth a try.

DH bought GTA today. I think I am now officially a single mother...

Ha ha. My OH went through a stage if playing that for ages, Amy. Now he's into FIFA.

Another leap, V&B? Don't tell me there's another one round the corner for us?! I think/hope this current one is over for us.

I had a good day today. Went to a baby jumble sale in the morning & got some lovely bits for E. I then went to my swimming training. OH & E have just had a bath together & I'm now feeding her ready for bed.

Got a bit annoyed with OH though. I said I'd make dinner so he could play with E because he only really gets to see her at the weekend. He did his usual trick of just putting her on his knee while he plays on the laptop. He then out her down & she started crying. He left her so long that I went over to check on her in the end. We've swapped jobs now!

Yep 26 week leap starts at 23 weeks.

Not had a bad day Oh been fixing van me and the babe had a lazy cuddly morning popped out for a couple of hours this afternoon picked up some steak for dinner. So it's bedtime for the munchkin steak mushrooms and chips for me and him sneaky glass of red too for me

That's a good night V&B! We had an unsettled night last night. She woke at 10:15 for food then went back down until 3:15 but then she wouldn't go back to sleep or settle. In the end she needed lots of cuddles to go back down for about an hour. I think she's been unsettled because I've been at work Thursday/fri and she didn't know what to do with herself bless her xxx

Had a good weekend so far...I put a Next order in last night for some Christmas outfits for Joshie...I didn't go completely mad, but I may have made 1 or 2 unnecessary purchases

Had a hideous day! Freddie is SO grumpy today, in fact he has been for a week now as well as not sleeping properly anymore

Sorry haven't posted much been busy with the sis over from oz and letting her spend as much time with Rhys!!

Well 22 weeks here and still no period! I took 2 tests yesterday just to be sure as there was a small chance and I had convinced myself I was preggers lol! Thankfully for just now I'm not! I seriously don't think I could have coped physically/emotionally/mentally & financially lol!! Was absolutely shitting myself for a min tho!!

Off out for a few drinks with sisters & friends while OH stays at home! Rhys is already fed and sleeping so he won't have much to do lol!

Wine here too.

Today has been an arse of a day (to put it politely). Evan has been nonstop grumpy and had 1 x 15 minute nap about 10am and another 6-6.30. This on top of another night of waking every 2-3 hours in the night. I can see he is overtired but can't do anything about it. We had a 30 minute battle to get him to sleep tonight.

I also told him I hated him. Feeling pretty shitty right now. I know I don't mean it and I'm sure he doesn't understand but I'm at my wits end.

When the HV saw me yesterday she said that she'd left my house the previous visit thinking what a miserable baby he was.

What more can he possibly want?!

Aww, Amy, I guess you're feeling pretty rotten but don't beat yourself up about it. Take each day as it comes. I haven't really got any advice other then use the support you have, family, friends. We all say things in the heat of the moment.

However I do think it was very unprofessional of your HV to say that to you. Even if she thought it she should have kept it to herself.

I'm sorry you're having a shitty time - I wish there was more I could say or do to help. Xx

I posted in another thread this week - I shouted at JJ this week I wasn't in the same room as him and doubt he even heard me, but I still felt absolutely terrible!!! This parenting lark is bloody hard work!!

As for your HV, I cant quite believe she said that to you?!? Totally unprofessional and unhelpful!! Can you / do you want to see if you can have a different HV visit you? xxx
