***April & May Mummy & Baby***

He only napped for 45 minutes. Looked like he was hungry so fed him and he then puked all over me. I give up.

Well they've been gone an hour I'm hoping she has at least an hour before he fetches her back.

I've put pork in the oven, hoovered the living room as I could have built a new dog with the amount of dog hair there! Disgusting creatures!

Now to wash pots and sort veggies out for dinner.

Wish I could sleep i'm shattered but can't switch off. You can guarantee the minute I drop off they'll be back and madam will need feeding.

Roll on 7.30 bath boob then bed! Fx asleep for 8.30 I can dream can't I :)

I think the babies are in the middle of leap/sleep regression. Mark will only nap on me now

Tapatalking so cant see signatures

These babies have been sent to test us I think. H had a good hour and half before bit woke all grumpy. He's not poo'd today so putting some of his grumpiness down to that. I've tried everything to make him go but nothing's worked. I gave him a bath and massaged his bell and that's calmed him down but still no poop. OH asked me if I was ok, earlier and my reply was that I'll be great once H has a poo - it's things like that that make me realise I'm a mummy.

She had approx an hr, she is currently piddling her pants laughing at oh he's throwing baby wipes at her! Daft buggers :)

Lots of grumpy babies out there by the sounds of it :(

We decided to go hiking again as it was so fun yesterday. Back up into the moutains, ended up on a bit of a tricky path, so we didnt walk as much as we would have liked. Bit risky with babies attatched! But we had a good hours walk and a sit by a stream....and a massive poo explosion by lina which leaked all up the back of the nappy and covered her vest in poo. And i mean covered! Stupid me didnt pack spare vests either. Luckily its hot, her leggings pulled up to her armpits, a nappy change and clean up with babywipes, and we were close to the car by then.
Theyve been really cranky all afternoon, wouldnt have a decent nap and got so tired that we brought bath and bed an hour forward, and they obliged. Its 8pm and they are asleep. God i hope they stay down :)

Evening Ladies & Babies

I've had a pretty boring weekend all in all, but it's been nice not to do too much - we are usually running around like headless chickens.

Tmrw, we are off to Highclere Castle with my parents for a day out and picnic - and the weather is supposed to be a lot better. Here's hoping so!

Lol @ Nikki...gotta love those poo explosions!! You'll never leave home without a spare vest again :-)

Sending a huge amount of sleepy dust to all the babies...let all the mummies have lots of lovely sleep tonight please! Night ladies xxx

Evan has only just gone down. He did fall asleep on me after screaming for 20 minutes but I had the indecency to try to put him in his cot. Had to give boob and he fell asleep comfort sucking. Today has been horrible, I can honestly say I have not had one smile from him today. I feel terrible and if he's up in the night again I will have a complete breakdown. This is not the way it's supposed to be. Please let him sleep through so we can both recharge ourselves.

Hi ladies haven't posted for a while. Hope your all ok?
I have just had a quick scan through an noticed some of your babies have been waking up in the night, where as they previously slept thorough?? Ava is doing the exact same thing, I lost count how many times I got up last night. One of my apps says its quite normal as their social skills are developing, or something along them lines! Hope it doesn't last too long lol!!
Were off to Cornwall on Saturday for a week with the in laws :-/ so trying to get prepared over the next few days, am dreading the journey, from berkshire its a good few hours with a few stops thrown in.
We have been and ordered our new car to, which in so excited about 2 kids with a 3 door car is hard work!
Ava is now out of her carrycot and in the seat of her pushchair, these weeks are flying by.
Fx we can try get some sleep tonight xx

Awww hun, is horrible when we have grumpy babies for no apparent reason. Have you taken him to the doctor just for a quick check? I remember when my daughter was a couple of months old she turned into a mega grump. I was at the end of my tether for a few weeks so eventually took her to see the gp for a quick once over. Turned out she had an ear infection poor mite, after a course of antibiotics she was back to her happy self again. She ended up suffering recurrent ear infections for many years and the only way I knew was her pure grumpiness. It's always worth a visit and personally I'd ask for a female doctor lol, they just seem to be more sympathetic :)

Also have you tried co sleeping? This may have been asked before and I missed it. I know it's not for everyone, personally I have slept with Scott since the day he was born. His cot is shoved right up to my side of the bed with the dropside down so I can just pull him over for a cuddle anytime he wakes. It's a really good option for grumpy babies and moms who need sleep! Obviously there are guidelines so research before trying it. Of course feel free to ignore me if you have spoken about co sleeping before

Crossing my fingers that you get some sleep hun xxx

H had less wind last night but still fed a lot. We've not decided what to do today yet.

Hope everyone has a nice bank holiday :) x

Thank god feel slightly more human today! 2 feeds at 1 then 5 then up at 8 is fighting her nap this morning so I've put her in her big girl cot to chill out whilst I get ready.

Not sure what we're doing today need to leave the house but looks grey and bleak. OH will be going fishing at some point I think.

Hope all the other mummy's and babies have lovely fight free days :)
