Wow id heard abput vivid dreams during pregnancy but that is veering on premonition territory...were your friends trying to conceive by any chance?

Not that I know of they were actually just about to book their wedding in the Carribeam for next year and had appointments to go back and finalise plans but I guess they will be getting pushed back a bit now. I can't stop laughing every time I think of it.

Well due date reached and no baby, I'm starting to get very irritated at this baby. I know I shouldn't but I can't help it. I'm just a horrible person at the moment, argumentative, impaitient, snappy, uncomfortable. Ugh.

Bless ya, Im still a week and a half off and already feeling impatient lol, just trying to enjoy the time when she is moving around/hiccuping etc as wont last forever and trying to get all those odd jobs sorted that wont have time for after, also having lots of lazy days as well as afternoon naps...hard as it sounds, you will be glad you did some relaxing/enjoyable things for yourself once baby is here...

I'm sure everyone will be undersranding prettypee I've got 3 weeks to go and struggling they shouldn't give you an exact date you focus on it too much. I've got all my hopes pinned on being given a section date on Thursday to avoid getting to the impatient stage, if they say baby has turned and I just need to wait on them making their own way I'm not sure how I will react. The content pressure under my ribs for the past 7 weeks is definitely draining.

Where I live they give you a induction date at booking in so I know I'll be induced by 16th April, i just irritated. The scan showed the head was fully engaged, they commented on how lower was in a blimey can't believe your not in labour way. Midwife said blimey she's as far in as she can go, the midwife could barely feel the very bottom of the back of her head- the pressure down there is intense but nothing I do is getting things started!

I'm on baby movement watch. He doesn't seem to have moved as much overnight and this morning. He os still moving but I cant decide if its normal movements or not.

Is there a sick bug going around? Last night I came down with horrible stomache cramps send have been to the toilet about 10 times since 11pm! I'm dreading the thought of going into labor before this clears ��

Apparently going to the toilet so much can be a sign of things about to happen as your body clears out! Xx

I can't believe you've got to due date without a baby Prettypee! It gets extra frustrating now! Since baby is fully engaged hopefully she'll appear soon

Things could be starting here, had a sweep at my check up today, cervix was 1cm long and 1-2cm dilated. Kinda hope it does something, but not holding my breath! Thankfully my BP was fine and urine was clear, so no need to stay in.

I'm back on maternity assessment again with reduced movements. Third time I've been here in 8 days lol. I'm starting to think this baby is just going to cause me problems and anxiety from now til eviction date. 38+1 and want him here now

Well im back in hospital midwife done my BP and said it was too high so had to go back in been given a new tablet to take 3 times a day.
Midwife has had a moan at the on call doctor said he shouldn't of asked me to do a urine sample cuz of just having Mia its gonna be heavily contaminated from the blood etc
He wanted me to stop in over night told him no way in hells chance ill be staying in and that the community midwife is coming tomorrow to do mine and mias checks so she will be checking my blood pressure and if its still up ill come back in x

You haven't had the easiest time of it have you EmmaLouise, I would just assume that once baby is here your body sorts itself out, hopefully they manage to get BP under control without another hospital stay.

I still don't quite believe we are In April, starting to get a bit anxious about eveeything x

the new meds kicked in straight away! they've given me labetolo.
which should do the trick.
i'll be glad when i'm 100% better i managed to get home though lol. i dont know what the treatment is for pre-eclampsia for ig that what is is now for after giving birth :/
hopefully its not.
I've been given a prescription to pick up for it but i can't get it til Monday or Tuesday at the latest as the chemists are closed due to it being easter weekend :/
i've already told the doctors this at the hospital and he said i should be okay til then and if i feel like i have any other symptoms then to go straight back in.

I'm defo not having any more babies lol this pregnancy has put me off for life! i'm lucky i have two of each now.
