Andrea ignore idiots like that!! At 14w this time I look more like I did about 21/22 weeks last time. I only developed a "proper" bump about 24w last time.

Sorry you're still getting bleeds Kim I keep getting the occasional bloody discharge but nothing as worrying as you seem to have. Glad baby is still doing ok!

I had the WORST stomach cramps yesterday am and ended up on the loo for the best part of 2 hours, terrified I was having a late miscarriage. Tummy was SO sore for a while after but baby's totally ok, mum came up and checked with the Doppler for me! All better now, too.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend. We're hopefully off for a swim today - going to have to check my swim costume fits before we go as I don't have a maternity one!!!

Thanks tigger,it's just hormones getting the better of me I think, normally I wouldn't bat an eyelid! I seem to have an extremely itchy belly on an evening so applying tome pregnancy creams to try stop it.xx

I've not used any forums before but interested in speaking to other expectant mums as I don't really know any! I'm nearly 18 weeks with my first and due 3rd May. I've been pretty ill the whole time and still waiting for that "glowing and thick hair" stage everyone has told me about!

JoJo I know what you mean. I've had terrible skin but my hair does fall out less then it used to - swings and roundabouts.

Has anyone had itching? I find most days I am constantly itching my arms, neck, back, tummy and especially legs! If anyone can suggest some good remedies I'm up for trying anything

I thought I was glowing but now I've got 2 new spots on my chin lol...my hair is definitely thicker but very dull and tangly x

I'm extremely itchy! I've been using some pregnancy creams to help ease and soothe it.xx

Me!! I'm so itchy but I have lumps where I'm itchy?! Got my 16 week appointment tomorrow so will ask midwife what it is. I'm getting everything this pregnancy! My first was such a simple pregnancy haha xx

Had abit of a rough time with this .
Had bad night sickness / stress from work -consequently ended up leaving with no notice - and now suffering alot with my eczema
Just looking to see that it mite not just be me! Lol

The glow is, indeed, a lie. At least it's all worth it in the end, eh?! My sickness is still lingering - nausea rather than vomiting though, but I think it might be starting to improve? Or maybe I've just jinxed myself! Xx

I've never understood the glow thing either! We did our announcement on Facebook this weekend, someone commented that she thought I had 'that glow' when she had seen me the day before....I just feel dead rough haha

Awh how lovely that you're getting proper movements JoJo I keep thinking I can feel little pops and pokes but don't want to get too excited!

I spoke to the CAB about the work issues today, they seem to think it may be discrimination as me and my pregnant colleague seem to have had our hours cut the most. I haven't spoken to everyone yet so I may be (I really hope I am!) wrong. They've been clever in cutting my hours right before the qualifying period for smp which means I won't qualify for it at all now if these new reduced hours stick longer than this month xxx

It only ended up actually costing me £9 with delivery as I used a freebie gift card I had ages ago

Ive kept my moses basket but Noah wasnt id it for more than about a month lol. Mostly cos he was so bloody long! So we bkught a graco bassinet which he was in for another few months before moving to cotbed xx
