Oooo yay!!!!

Ive saved everything from my little boy.. (Moses basket, bassinet, cotbed etc..) but i really like the look of the chicco next to me cribs!
Unless i can see one 2nd hand at a good price ill just use everything in my attic. Be silly to spend when ive had all this stored for 2 years lol!

I also have oretty much every piece of his clothing kept too lol! Yet im iff to Matalan today as they have had a sale on all week lol! Just incase theres any cute sleepsuits! Id still like Charlie to have his own new clothes too. Poor baba will be having so many hand me downs haha x

Ooooh I might go have a look at Matalan whilst I'm days off.

I've got a weird burning pain on my skin today and I'm praying it eases off as I had it at the beginning of the year and it was suspected shingles but it never developed into anything-it feels the exact same now- I keep looking at my back and side as it feels like there's no skin on it but it looks ok x

blood pressure perfect
urine dip perfect
heart rate perfect! was going nice and steady at 150bpm ( old wives tales predict a girl now on every level!)

just 4 weeks till gender scan!

Love the crib Emma - we've got the same one!! I think I might use it in the living room this time and find some form of co sleeper cot - Jake was in our bed from about 3-4 months I think, I'm quite scared of doing it when they're so tiny. Plus I think the jealous toddler might try and climb in with us!!!

Lovely to hear you all got to hear your babies at 16wk apts yesterday

Oscar is still not right, ended up back in the docs again yesterday as his legs suddenly covered in a rash/spots. Not sure what it is so got anti biotics, cream and anti viral meds, poor boy means we're definitely off work/nursery for the rest of the week so get to spend lots of time with my boy

Had a phone call from work today. They're having big financial problems so have cut all out hours. Mine are going from 21 down to 11 as of next week. They're also talking about possible redundancies not what we need right now, and means we definitely won't be going for the house we like, gutted!

Our little boy loathed the Moses basket to a point where he was sleeping in his rocker (luckily it lay flat) and some nights didn't sleep at all then we got a minicot and he slept through almost straight away! So I think we'll use Moses basket foof downstairs and minicot in our bedroom. M
Use went in his room ag 4 months but hit is baby will go a lot later becaus it will be sharing with him... We're getting a video monitor so we can keep an eye on them lol..

I'm not sure if I'd take it, it all depends how much I can get in mat pay from the government. And I'm assuming that as they're possibly looking at redundancies next month, that it would take effect not long after Christmas, which would mean I'd be 20+ weeks, so a long time to go with no pay at all until many mat pay would kick in. I don't think we'd get any benefit help either, because OH has a company car so the benefit in kind takes his 'wage' up to 28k even though he only actually earns 21k, so we wouldn't get much, if anything. Of course I'll still check it all out though and hope for the best!!
He's away again this week, so I'm trying not to think too much about it until we can go through it all together at the weekend.
Just what we need right before Christmas too. Glad I've already booked my gender scan lol, otherwise he'd definitely be saying no cos we really can't afford it now :-/

Oh I really hope it is!

I've read that you're entitled to 0.5 weeks pay for each full year you have worked....I've worked there 2.5 years so would only get around a weeks pay...which would literally last me the week! Xx

Well I got to see my little monkey again today, been bleeding AGAIN! They couldn't see were it was from again! I just think this one likes to worry me!! Get to see it (I keep going to say him) again Tuesday when we find out the sex! Xx

I bled loads with Mr first! All was fine but it's worrying every time it happens.

Hey just catching up as not been on much, had a mini brake down on weds night, had loads of people(clients as I'm a carer) asking if om definitely pregnant as I should be showing now and why haven't I got a hump and why haven't I felt it move yet blah blah blah. And weds night I just started crying thinking something was wrong, my OH was great saying everything was fine, well would you believe it 5 mins late I was been unbelievably sick, up all night with sickness, so guessing that's baby letting me that he/she is still fine. Had my 16 week app on Thursday which was a complete waste of time, just took some more blood and that was basically it on my way!xx

Ive gone from have the little niggles weeks ago to NOTHING at all! And im 17wks today!
All is fine as i can hear him move and hb on my doppler. But its annoying when ppl question u.

Mines still alot of bloating. In the mornings i have a little hard bump but soon as ive eaten its just gas and bloat lol!


My 16wk app was also very pointless. I find most of the mw apps are! Just bloods and piss samples ! Xx
