Kabuk I leak like mad, especially when I feed. I use the bamboo reusable pads and they are way better than the disposables. I use about 3-4 pairs a day depending on how much I leak. Nursing tops make feeding much easier, I had to buy a whole new wardrobe of tops! They are difficult to find though, I've ended up with two the same of each style as the choice is so limited, so two short sleeved, two long sleeved and two sweatshirts.

It's now all happening my end - my waters have definitely gone now and I keep being sick. I also can't wee :/ going back in shortly, if they tell me I'm only 2cms I'm begging for a cesarean xx

Ery I think thats pretty normal unless it smells bad or the surrounding area is red. We've got antibiotic cream for Oli's as it was smelly. His cord was infected though so they are maybe being more cautious

I couldn't wee just before I had Eleanor.

I arrived at the hospital feeling like I really needed to pee, sat on the toilet but couldn't go and then pushed her out.

I had BH all night, at least when I woke to go pee. Getting them again now. Pains low down too. Feel like I'm gonna burst! It'll probably go away though. Today was the original due date I had before my first scan, based on my last period date.

I'm still bleeding. I tend to be quiet light for most the day then I'll have a big gush I still think I've got a huge clot stuck in there though like cork lol.

Thanks for the reassurance about the xird. I don't know if it's smelly as I only noticed it was oozy after a poop covered it... (I don't know how they do that lol!) So it smelt of baby poo lol. I'll check again later.
I've already wrapped up my pregnancy journal and the started a parenting obe.

It's been fantastic sharing this journey with you its a shame we all live so far away from each other. But I'm excited to share the next stage in the baby and todder section with you too. Betty and dovekie you both sound very very near! I can't tell you about if I needed to pee or not I know I peed a lot at the start at some point I stopped and the had to put a catheter in me so it must be a thing. Anya is currently refusing one boob but has completely drained the other. I think she wants a dummy and is peeved off at getting so much milk I'm going to be so lobsided in the morning. Hope to hear baby news soo dovekie and Betty!

I'm just sat expressing at the mo. LO is tongue tied and cannot latch on at all. I'm so annoyed that these aren't fixed at birth as it is so apparent! I now have to wait to weeks for an appt for it to be snipped. I just hope my milk supply lasts.

So after 26 hours of latent labour I was only 2cm!!!! The trouble is that I'm getting contractions thick and fast except for a small break when I took codeine and they started out super painful as it's a lot of pain in my back as well as legs and front so even from the get go I had no warm up and haven't been coping. The midwives here have been so lovely. As soon as she told me I was still only 2cm I just sobbed and begged for a section. She says she thinks baby is too big for me :/ but wanted to try diamorphine and a tens to help with the back pain. She hopes the diamorphine will relax me enough to allow my cervix to dilate and if so then we can try and proceed from there but if not then it'll be section time. I just need an end now. Me and oh have seriously chatted about fostering after this instead of trying for more children. I'm obviously not meant to have them biologically, just thank God I live in this day and age where they can help me! Xx

Oh bless you hun. I know that feeling after 20 odd hours I finally got to 3cm 30 off hours I git to 5cm but at 34hrs I was back to 3cm or dommat daft like that I just remember shouting at that point! Lol

I just feel so destroyed and I still have a long journey ahead. I can't keep any food down as I keep being sick. I can't sleep for the pain. I've watched my oh have two full nights sleep! And he has to go back to work tomorrow! Xx

I am trying to keep Leora upright for 30 mins after each feed but when she feeds every 2 hours I am finding it really hard to stay awake sat up for so long I really hate reflux! I have a wedge which I am using for her to sleep on next to me so trying to keep her upright at all times!

Oo I've been there either my son lou. I have to feed anya link an upright position and keep her upright for certain feeds too as she gets greedy and tries to drink more than her belly! But reflux was awful with my son.
