***** May 2015 Mummies to be *****

Morning everyone!

Gosh durham i hope you're okay and get something to make you feel better :( earache is awful.

Blueeyes hope tests all come back clear for you my lovely.

Cant believe some are 37 weeks!! Wowser

Jessie poor you going in to hospital we are all here to keep you going xx

I've managed to get an appointment this afternoon, so will just keep dosing up on paracetamol until then. OH is trying to get this afternoon off so he can give me a break :nap:

Have you got anything in for your thrush Mayflower? I feel for you, it's awful x

Glad you have an appt durham!!

I have a bit of thrush aswell from my results from hospital on friday. Joy!

Also is anyone else feeling really heavy/bruised/swollen down there honestly thought she was coming out this morning when i stood up!!

I've got the pessary and cream, definitely ask as the cream only really sorts the itch as you say.

Yes button, I had so much pressure down there yesterday. Everything feels swollen!

Button, do you think maybe baby has gone back to head down? I don't think you'd get that sort of pressure with any other position?

Honestly i have no idea she has been all over the place this week, massive movements constantly like she just isnt comfy? Even now my bump is all squint and odd from her movements :/

hmm.. perhaps she's just finding a position to settle in then, which will hopefully be head down!! I'd take the pressure as a good sign though!

morning, all getting a bit real now, hope everyone's doing ok, thinking of you and wish i knew more so i could offer some advice x

Not much to report from me and with the hard times some of you are having I don't feel i have much to contribute and that I should be gateful that I'm doing ok the min!

HV visit was all good. Very excited about the mobile being shippedfrom the US now, been tracking it's progress online and it's landed in the UK now haha, these are the little things that get me stupidly excited! Also got another order due today when i had a bit of a spree online on a site I'd not really been on before (http://www.vertbaudet.co.uk/).

I'm enjoying this nice time and not taking it for granted i think it's fair to say. Oh and yoga started again last night which was good, lots of new faces there at about 16-20 weeks gone, that seems so long ago now!

Sorry to hear some of you are suffering with various things at the minute. The end is in sight now though ladies, I guess we just need to focus on that! I can't believe how quickly it's gone! X

Went shopping this morning but felt like a beached whale walking around! Managed to buy a really nice changing bag from mothercare though so will now pack babies hospital bag (though as I'm planning a home birth I'm hoping it won't be needed!)
Also bought a gym/birthing ball and tired myself out pumping that up!

Spent the afternoon in the garden with my 2yr old... This sun is making me absolutely shattered!

It's an ear infection :( I'm on antibiotics again. The doctor has even warned me that my ear drum might burst  as its bulging so much. I was hoping to go back to work for my last two shifts Friday and Saturday but I think it's just not feasible now.

I get catalogues from Vertbaudet Elliott, they have some lovely things in x

Not long at all for you now Jen, can't wait for your induction thread :hugs:

Monkey but when so you see midwife again regarding position?
Durham my OH suffers awful with his ears, every time he gets a cold his ears get infected and ear drums burst. He says it's agony but when it actually pops it feels a lot better. I feel for you, I've seen it reduce a grown man to wreck xx

Thanks Jessie, the doctor actually said she hopes for my sake it does burst so it can drain. If it does she wants me back for a checkup after a couple of weeks to make sure it's healing.

I'm off to bed soon, OHs orders! The pain has exhausted me today.

Poor you durham :( hope it clears quickly! Last year I had an ear infection for 6 weeks, 3 lots of antibiotics and lots of draining. I went deaf for ages! They are just awful the pain!!

Jen eeeeek induction soooooon! Exciting

Monkeynut i feel the same just massive walking around waddling lol

I have that heavy feeling again which is quite sore now :/

Spent the day in the garden, really needed the vit D!! Lol

Mayflower I don't know how you do it, I did a little tidying today and had to stop for constant naps!

The irony of my situation at the minute is I have no pregnancy waddle caused by baby being so low but I've not been able to walk because of SPD since 20 weeks so I've been walking like a penguin since then! If it wasn't for that I'd be skippin round as baby is still so high lol. I suppose the other silver lining is I don't have a million toilet trips as no pressure down there. Transverse baby would be quite good if it wasn't for the imminent butchering il have to go through!

Jessie I see the mw tomorrow, hes transverse at the moment (has been for over 24 hours now- usually he has flipped a few times by now but he's obviously comfortable!!
