***** May 2015 Mummies to be *****

With firsts especially you dont really feel them or get any, maybe at the end but I didnt with my son at all(that i knew of)

Subsequent pregnancies you're more likely to feel them but Mw said should just feel uncomfortable not painful but I do get painful ones now!

Thanks, i'll keep al that in mind and see how i go over the next few weeks :s

He's a big un lol! I had a work colleague who's wife had a 14lb baby, and she was tiny bless her.

I love the way the daily mail over exaggerate though- NEARLY 12lbs! He was 11lb 5oz, so closer to 11lbs than 12lbs, and she did it with No Pain Relief- what's gas and air then? I'm not knocking her but it is a form of pain relief :)

Eeek all very real now- baby breech at mw appointment, booked in for scan and referred to consultant, looks like my home birth is off as they won't allow me to deliver an unstable lie :(

Oh no Monkey! Sorry about your home birth. Does this point towards a csection now? Or will you deliver breech?

Cor ouchy!! He is big!!

Oh no monkeynut, i think mine is transvere now had massive movement and can definitely feel what i felt before Arg!! My homebirth is up in the air currently!!

Hello all. I see everyone has been busy and hope you are all feeling a bit better.

Monkey, sorry to hear about baby position.

Jessie, not long until hospital, huh?! Was going to ask...why do they need to keep you there for three weeks? Can't they just schedule a c section once you've reached full term, I.e. Next Friday or something? Or do they want to wait as long as possible?

Anyhoooo, I'm fed up with work (as bleeping always!). All I seem to do is complain about it. Have had enough. Only two weeks left.

Anyone watching the island with bear grills? One of my close friends is on it, so my partner made me stay up and watch it last night.... Early bed when I get home tonight :)

Monkeynut at least they can see baby is not settled in to position now an can keep an eye on you.

Bigbee thy won't take baby out until closer to due date as no reason baby has to be born early and could still need help at this stage but I have I be close enough to theatre in case my waters broke.

Ahhhh, Jessie.... I see! I did think that actually. The reason I asked was because 37 weeks is full term isn't it?

Mayflower. Barney was on last night's episode a lot! I won't spoil it for you though....

We watch bear grylls(i love him) lol which one is your friend bigbee? Ohh and mayflower i havent seen last night's yet either.

My mate is Dan. The "oil rig engineer", which is absolutely NOT what he does for a living haha

Hey girls. Sorry im useless with keeping up with everyone. Try to get on daily but find it hard to keep up with everyone.

So first and fourmost i hope you girls are all keeping well and pregnancies progressing nicely. 31 days to my due date wohoo...

Questionn for u girls. My discharge (excuse the tmi) has always been quite water bbut ive started using evening primrose oil and it has become quite thicker... but unlike normal discharge its clear. With my first i had little klumps of my plug come away like this but i think it may be a side effect to the epo...

whats everyone elses like atm?

NatEvz glad you appointment went well. Hope you little girl gets over her chickenpox soon.

Durhamchance glad to hear your earache isn't as bad today.

Elliot coming home clothes are the only thing I haven't actually packed yet too. I must admit I've been in maternity joggers the last few days at home. My lower legs are so swollen by about halfway through the day, so they have been more comfortable than my maternity jeans (as they a skinny fit)

Monkeynut what did midwife say about losing plug already....is baby on the move again. Sorry to hear you wont be able to have the birth plan you would like.

TashaWink hope the chiropractor went well.

Jessiecat woo hoo 36 weeks, i'll be joining you there tomorrow :-)

Flosi hope you are feeling OK today.

Buttonbear Hope you get a better nights sleep tonight

Mayflower just looked at that link, blimey he was a big baby!!

Bigbee sorry to hear work is so rubbish at the mo, hope these last 2 weeks there go quickly for you.

cers123 sorry can't help as haven't really had any discharge and haven't used EPO either, so not sure what it would be like.

I haven't watched this Bear Grylls programe, is it good? Shall I try and find it online?

Hope everyone has a good nights sleep and a good Friday. I get my last lot of test results tomorrow morning xx

Yeah Mayflower I was thinking that
Yeah using them vaginally... although they r a yellow colour and the discharge is clear and stringy.
