***** May 2015 Mummies to be *****

Its nice to finally do something for her room now we have moved! Felt so unorganised!!

Sounds lovely Button!

We tried the pram in the car today, it just about fits lol!

Bigbee hasn't posted on here in a while, hope she's ok.

Hey ladies. 1st baby and just wondering when you get your hospital bag ready? X

I was thinking the same earlier mayflower, hadn't noticed bigbee i do hope all is well x

Hi guys, I've not been about for a couple of days, my nana took a turn for the worst and I've been spending all my time at the hospital. Unfortunately she passed away yesterday morning. She had several of her children there including my dad and was very peaceful which is a comfort.

Blake had his birthday on Weds and his party was today which was fun and exhausting, the baby has been up in my ribs most of the time and letting me know it's there too. Hope everyone is ok xxx

Oh my love I am so sorry to hear about your nana :( lovely that she had her family with her though xx

Sorry to hear about your nan Durham. Thinking of you.

Mayflower that must have been very scary, glad it's nothing serious though and baby is fine.

I am really suffering with indigestion/heartburn tonight again. Haven't been piggy or eaten anything that would set it off, although have had a bit of birthday cake. It's bloody painful isn't it.

Caseysmummy, have you had a bit more movement now?

Hope everyone ok xx

Heartburn is awful and seems to strike when you least expect it!! Milk or some hot boiled water can dull the pain.

I have SUCH restless legs tonight omg its driving me batty!!

Hi ladies, babies both got moving after a cold drink this morning and been hardly non stop since. Baby a is so upset with me that every time I rest my hand on my bump she keeps kicking it until I move it lol, the rude wake up this morning must have upset her baby b has turned again I think as most of her kicks are down low, she turns on a daily basis I think. Sorry to hear about your nan Durham! Glad you got some answers about the bleeding mayflower! Hope your feeling okay now, must have been very scary. Heartburn is awful a glass of milk usually sorts it out for me thank goodness as I can't stand the taste of gaviscon or peptac! Had a busy day today, picked up my changing bag to sort out for babies hospital bag this week, also been planning sons birthday presents today as today 4 years ago was my due date only 9 days til my baby is 4! He's so excited bless him so we've planned out where to pick his pressies up this week for it to get it all sorted. Hope everyone's had a nice day. Im off to bed as feel shattered. I've got to declutter the house this week so up early tomorrow to make a start! Xxx

Woken feelng MASSIVE today, wow can barely breath she is right in my lungs, not pleasant!! I bet I'm carrying more fluid again like my last pregnancy, urg!

Glad babies are wriggling caseysmummy :)

I have my friend and her little girl round today and also getting bits dropped off for baby girl from another friend! Exciting to see whats there.

My baby boy is back at school and I'm all emotional and sad as I've loved having him off for half term.

Over having my GTT today god i hate this waiting about. Also had a random consultant which i didn't realise until this morning. All well with baby heads right in my pelvis which is good but the reason ive been so bloody sore lol

Sorry to hear your news Durham :( xx

Hope everyone else is doing ok, I have my 28 week midwife appointment tomorrow, hoping they can advise on the heartburn as gaviscon is not budging it. Its the first time they will measuer me as well so will be interesting to see how If i come up- big or not (I feel ready to pop!)

Cers, glad to hear baby is settled head down! This one is adamant on lying transverse again so i'm coming to terms with that.

Its my husbands birthday on Saturday, anyone any suggestions on what we can do? It will be the 2 of us and my 6 year old but im not up to much walking. Any ideas?? I'm a bit stuck but I still want to do something nice for him rather than be stuck in because of me!

Oh Durham I'm so sorry to hear about your Nana- hope you are managing to cope OK with having such a sad time :(
Pleased everyone's baby's are now behaving and hope everyone is OK this morning. Caseysmummy it must be really different having TWO babies moving around in there! It's so amazing you can tell where the babies are moving etc.- I struggle to know what is hands and feet and elbows and knees for one!
Actually can not believe I am 30 weeks today. This is going so fast now! Starting NCT classes on Wednesday so will be interesting to see if they are any good. Some people say they are not worth it but with it being our first and us being clueless we thought it would be a good idea! Been around 2 very small babies this weekend-made me realise how little I know about the practical stuff- could write it all down on an exam paper so know it in theory but it all seems to sort of go out of the window when you get your mitts on a real baby!! Terrified this morning after a dream last night that my baby was a month old and I was yet to feed it and change the nappy as I 'hadn't got round to it yet'!! Oh dear...!!

Oh durham just seeing ur post about ur nana i hope use r all ok x

Sorry to hear that Durham :hugs:

I was measured at the hosp on Saturday, and I measuring two weeks ahead. Hope that doesn't mean a giant baby! I have a growth scan on Friday anyway so we'll see what they say.

I am suffering with a really achey lower back today, and a dull achey period type pain under my bump. Could this be symptoms of the uti?

Mayflower that's what ive been having(they think i have one, urines at the labs) but apparently those are 2 key symptoms?!

It does panic me a bit sometimes with there being 2, ill feel movement in 2 different areas at the same time sometimes like foot or knee sticking out of top of bump then wriggles in my public bone area, but I know roughly where they are going off they scans baby a should always stay on the left and baby b on the right but so far baby b has stayed on the right but baby a will sometimes sit on top of baby b on the right and I will try to do movement counts for each baby during the day and evening but my brain will be like are you sure that's not just baby a moved over again? So tend to worry about baby b more but today at least there's lots of movement on both sides of my tummy at the same time so I know they're both moving. I always dread scans in the days leading up to them as I worry I may not be feeling both but im hoping as they get bigger it's more obvious and less room for baby a to move to the other side lol. My bump is definitely all baby as with it being squashed in there you can feel lumps where baby is haven't got much clue what part im touching just know it's fairly hard when touching lol. Didn't get to that stage til right at the end with my little boy!
Mayflower it sounds like you uti, they were the symptoms I had when I had one hun xxx

Hubby having issues at work :( stressing us both out that he could lose his job. Worst timing ever.
