I'm contracting every 4-5 minutes... They are getting a bit stronger now. I am absolutely knackered though!!!!!havent even done anything today bar watch telly.

Just throwing together some pasta. They do say "have a light snack"

Told partner to stay at work. He finishes at 4 though, so not long.

I really hope I progress soon, and this is not a false alarm! I'll be so gutted if all this stops!!!!!!!!

So pleased for you Durham

I'm back from my sweep and the midwife said she's surprised I'm not in labour! I'm 2-3 cm dilated, everything is favourable, and she said it would have been so easy to pop my waters! She's surprised I'm not having any contractions - and I'm barely having cramps.

Good news is that my 'score' for my cervix etc is so high that on Monday they might just pop my waters rather than give me induction drugs. Bit more natural, hopefully less/no time on the ward as I'll get moved to a delivery room. Fingers crossed things kick off before then though.

Feeling a bit more positive after everything the midwife had to say.

Ahh Orion hopefully baby will be here before induction, 2-3 cm is great!

Well I'm having pains but one decent one every half an hour which is just rubbish! my poor son has come home from school poorly bless him, he fell asleep in class hes had a cold this week so just caught up on him I guess! Also im sturggling with the worst heartburn ive had to date, really hurts

Well, still at 5 minutes. Tried having a nap earlier. Wasn't fun!!! Obviously couldn't really sleep.

Going to go for a little wonder outside shortly. Want to keep moving to see if things start to move along.
