*** march 2015 mummys to be ***

Lanny I know what I want - a natural birth :( or an induction, which in my mind is the next closest thing. An idea that some random doctor will just cut my baby out of me doesn't feel right. But - I need to think of what's best for my baby.

Podpie awww gorgeous little man! Happy Mother's Day! Xx

He's beautiful Rosanna!

Olya: I think if you had a positive induction experience last time, and are happy with natural delivery then you should be okay.
My midwife keeps telling me positive mental attitude is the way forward.

Glad Lily is feeding well for you Rachel!!

We've had a lovey Mother's Day, with gorgeous flowers, a beautiful new make up and some new make up from Urban Decay.

Then had a wander around our wee local zoo, to try and kick things off seeing as it's my due date today!!

Happy Mother's Day to the rest of you! Xx

Oh pod pie how gorgeous! Are yoi able to get to a support group tomorrow? X

Nonabean thanks. The thing that worries me is that my body was ready last time at 40+1, this time I don't feel ready in the slightest.

Hope all goes well demaris. ILove try not to worry about induction, your body will be easier second time around and remember what to do. Your body and cervix might not be as favourable as you want it but it will know what to do when the synthetic hormones kick in. X

Tiggy thanks. I hope so. I would also be very interested to hear your opinion on a planned C section. You don't think that it's a better option than induction (with a back to back baby, OC and general exhaustion)?

Demaris should be going in quite soon. Hope all goes well for her.

I had my baby boy on friday 13th march weighing 5lb 13oz, i had a long traumatic birth which ended in a emergency c section :-( but both baby and i are fine and home now :-) Tommy William my little super star

Congratulations sophiemaemum.. lovely news. Sorry u had bit of a traumatic time. Im sure ur enjoying ur lovely cuddles though xx

Congratulations Sophiemaemum! Sounds like you had a tough time, but at least your little one is here safely now xx

I love I had a induction with our angel baby it was a drawn out process prob as I only was 24weeks so body was naturally ready for that and ended up with section then with caoimhe as she was back to back.
I think i would still stick with the induction.. only because emergency section is major surgery. Although I did recover very well from mine and had no real problems with it I just wouldnt fancy one now that I have a toddler too.
Only u knw though how exhausted u have been lately and I think the best thing u cud do is get speaking with ur consultant and see what he/she thinks. X

Congratulations sophiemaemum!

Thanks TTC! I'm trying to get to speak to someone, but it's not easy. Apparently a MW will call me back...

Congrats sophiemaemum.

ILove i think it's a tough one if I'm honest. I wouldn't be worried about your exhaustion and cold as I think once your in labour your body just takes over and you will manage through it. I don't know about the back to back and labour in this position. That would be my only query.

I think you have in your favour that your second time mum and your have laboured vaginally through induction successfully before. X

Congrats to everyone that had babies this weekend! Friday 13th was lucky for us as it finally all kicked off!
I've just done a thread with my birth story.
Hope everyone is ok, haven't had a good read through yet but will do at some point! X
