Looking like a Friday 13th baby if induction works! Hope so as I want to be home for the rugby on Saturday! Get baby in his Ireland top! Heading to bed and hoping to get some rest.

Definitely in a fair amount of pain, unsure if it's contractions...how are we supposed to know what a contraction is if we've never had one? Lol. Went to bed around half ten with constant dull ache and lying in bed it turned into pain that would appear, build, then go away again. I have been trying to get sleep since and I think I've been drifting in and out but it's difficult when I'm so uncomfortable. Don't think there's any kind of regularity to it yet and I've not had my waters go or anything so it's still a waiting game.
Going to take some paracetamol and see if I can get back to sleep!

Podpie just wanted to warn you against waiting for your waters to go - mine didn't before I was at the pushing stage!

Definitely can't sleep now so I started timing the pain I've been getting. Lasts about a minute and is varying from 4mins apart to 5 or 6.

Congratulations, can't wait to see photos!! Sounds like an amazing delivery, despite the bleeding. Send your leftover baby dust my way, I could be needing it soon!
I think it's fair to say I'm in labour but it's speeding up and slowing down and going back and forth so I feel I have a bit of a journey in front of me. Have so far coped on my own and not woken OH up as I know he'll need his sleep more than I will, silly as that sounds! But I don't think he'll be going to work in the morning!!

What did midwife tell you time wise? I know my hospital don't want you until cycle is 3 mins - one min on2 off. I rang them this morning when I was 3-4 mins between contractions and they said they would probably send me home again and to wait a while longer. Glad I did as I'm still not there! Contractions seem to have died off a good bit now tonight unfortunately.
At least I'm in tomorrow for induction anyway so hopefully not too much longer to wait. I so wanted to go naturally but I just can't let this go on any longer!
