*** march 2015 mummys to be ***

Oh my gosh SpinSugar! I got tired just reading through all the things you did and need to do!! You superwoman!

I'm feeling a bit down at the moment as my husband's job is not going too well. The money is great, but they are working him way too hard! He works in the evenings, on the weekends, leaves early in the mornings, drives around like a looney... We don't do the things we used to anymore - no evening walks together, no cooking together, he doesn't do surfing or running... And when he gets home he is so tired he just lies on the sofa. So even if he is free and at home, he is not really there for me, as he just dozes off.

How are we going to cope when the baby is here? And in any case, I don't want to just 'cope', I want us to enjoy our life together!

I think he needs to start looking for another job ASAP :( let it be less money if we can get our life back again!

Jesus spin sugar......how are you still standing after all that? I would be ready for bed I think! Busy days make the day fly though!

I've just had a quiet day, cooked a good lamb bake and chilled out eating and watching TV. Did an online shop and went to town to get my munchies and iron prescription.

ILove sorry your hubby is working so much. Have you spoken to him about it? Could it be just a short term busy period? Is he able to offload or share some of his work onto any colleagues? It's not nice if your not getting an special time together and I can understand why you would be worried about when baby comes. Xxx

Tiggy yeah we spoke about it a lot this evening, and he agrees with me and feels the same way. It's not his fault and not his choice, he is just working on his project, there is nobody there to help, and he can't just let it all go wrong - he needs to do things right, which is hard work! His boss is very demanding and is completely money driven. Nobody in this company has young family - they all seem to be work fanatics! So it looks like he just doesn't fit there. The question is, what do we do, as at the moment there are no other job offers on the table :( I guess he will ned to start looking for another place.

Not the best time to have all this additional stress!!

I love what a difficult situation :( im with you though - a good work life balance is very important and sometimes a pay cut is the way to go. Might be worth looking at what else is about? What does he do?

I'm so shattered. I was still clearing up dinner at 10 pm. Now I can't sleep - hubby had rigors at 2 am so he's asleep in the front room poorly :( and there's a local cat screeching outside keeping everyone awake - I can hear our neighbour is up and see next doors light on because of it. AGAIN.
The flat is totally upside down top where I've been sorting and selling :(

Anyway onwards and upwards right at least I have a few weeks before baby arrives :)

SpinSugar he is a road safety consultant. There are not so many companies in this field around, and many of them specialise on international projects, which doesn't really suit us, as means being away too much. So finding another suitable job will not be that easy... Hopefully possible though!

My bubba is fully cooked today! Woohoo! :)

Happy fully cooked day I love :)

Yayyy today is my LAST day at WORK :cheer:

Hi ladies! Sorry I've been so quie! While it's easy to get on here to check in with you it's not easy to reply! I've got both hands free currently so thought I'd pop in!
We're off to a slow start with March babies! Hopefully once these babies start springing- the rest will get the idea ;-)
Can't believe Milania is now 10 days old & that today is my due date!! She's such a good girl & the love for your children is undescribable! She's BF on demand- but sleeping 3-4 hours between feeds & when she's awake she's so alert it's amazing!! Xxx

Morning ladies.

GF it's so lovely to hear from you. Milania sounds like she's doing really well, I bet you're loving every second.

I had a crappy evening yesterday, I've been so hormonal and agitated and the OH just pissed me off all evening so I came to bed late and (in the dark) managed to walk into a cable and drag everything off his bedside table and create a huge clattering noise. He woke up but amazingly didn't tell me off just gave me a quick cuddle and went back to sleep lol.
I was having the strongest braxton hicks I've experienced yet last night but as soon as I got into bed they all stopped and there's no sign this morning!! Typical! I really thought it might turn into something. :(
I've already woken up three times and gone back to sleep this morning but I think if I do it again I run the risk of waking up feeling groggy and horrible so I'm going to drag my bum out of bed now.
I'm so ready to have this baby now :( :( :(

Aww GF she sounds a happy contented soul! Happy fully cooked day ladies and tic I hope your last day goes well :)

I just had my last antenatal and it was a midwife I have never seen before, she was so lovely I wish I had had her all the way through. She asked me if I had any questions regarding the induction and I said not really as its a process I have been through before twice. But she said things have changed (for the better) in the last 13 years. One of the biggest scare factors for me was that when I was induced with my daughter they gave me too many doses of the pessary and labour was off the scale for me. They had to call a doctor in to try and reverse things as my womb was in danger of rupturing (the pain was indescribable). I never mentioned it on here for obvious reasons but of course I have been worried. So I voiced my concerns to midwife and she said now it's done differently, they use a pessary that can be removed-it has a string on it like a tampon and contractions can be slowed down if they feel they are too intense. I swear I wanted to kiss and hug her! I told her about when I went into labour with my son I immediately opted for an epidural because I was so scared of the pain but that I didn't want one this time if I could help it. She said it should be a much gentler induction than my previous experiences.

I have been carrying around this worry all pregnancy and she was the only one to bother to ask how I was feeling about it all and about the induction.

So, I feel a bit less anxious about it now!

Hope all you ladies are doing ok, I might go for a stroll round the village in a bit, it's a beautiful day out there today :) xx

GF I'm glad Milania is doing so well :) and I hope you're well too.
Oh Podpie you sound so utterly fed up, I just want to give you a hug. Is there something nice you can do for yourself, like a nice bubble bath or a little walk to the shops? Chin up, hopefully not much longer!
Demaris I'm glad you're feeling better in regards to your induction :) what day are you getting induced again?
I have an appointment this afternoon with my mw as she wasn't sure if LO was breech :( Hoping he's not and hoping he's actually engaged a little bit, I hate waiting for things to happen lol.
Have a good day ladies :) xxxx

Thanks Cakey, I'm feeling very fed up but trying hard to stay positive and keep myself busy as a distraction. :)
Demaris I'm so glad that you're feeling more relaxed about the situation. It's never nice to be worrying about things, especially at this time. I haven't been told I need an induction but I still worry about it, I'm just convinced I'll need one for some reason lol. I'm mainly worried about OH's family being here at the time though.
I think my mum is coming over this weekend to keep me cheerful so I'm looking forward to that :)

Been cleaning the house from top to bottom....scrubbed the kitchen floor and cupboards. Bathrooms cleaned. Hubby just needs to do the hoovering. Off put for dinner tonight to a asian buffet place....my excuse is they have lots of different curries I can try....

Aw GF she sounds so lovely I bet your so over the moon :-)

Podpie it could happen any minute-just hang in there girlie!!!

Demaris, glad your feeling better about the induction :-) at lead you can relax more now!
