I never had heavier periods with the copper coil, I did have spotting in between but that was down to the polyp not the coil. One thing though, if you google the coil you hear all the gruesome horror stories! So better just to try it and judge for yourself. I actually took mine out myself, thought I was going to get into trouble with my gp but she was fine about it lol. As for it going in, it just felt a bit unconfortable nothing major

Hello everyone. I went into labour at 38+1 last friday, delivered my little boy the next day. We were kept in hospital on antibiotics for a few days, but we are home now and doing well. By just six hours I ended up being a Feb. mum, not a March one.

Honestly, after the acid reflux in late pregnancy, I am enjoying MORE sleep than before, and I have my little baby. Bonus! The only down side is the amount of poo he seems to be able to produce. I don't poo that much, and my stomach is way bigger.

Yeah I don't think the implant would be for you then Podpie because I hate to tell you but it's not the size of a grain of rice lol. It wasn't bad when they put it in or took it out because it was all numbed and I think the thought of it is worse than actually getting it done. I just wish there was a magic pill that stopped periods and didn't mess with your hormones or your weight, I guess I can dream lol xx

I feel like absolute crap today. I'm tired and I can't sleep, I'm hot and bothered and I feel sick and I'm massively agitated and grumpy and totally fed up now. I nearly threw up this morning which is really strange for me, and now I'm feeling nauseous again for no reason! Not to mention my PEP is driving me mad. Come on baby give me something to look forward to!

Contraception.... Gosh I haven't even started thinking about it yet. I think I'll go back on the pill, but not before I stop breastfeeding... You can't take it while breastfeeding, right? Plus I can't have the ones containing estrogen now due to OC. Not sure if there are types that don't have estrogen? Need to research!

Ladies I sympathise with the sleep. The last time I looked it was 3.15am last night :-/ heart burn was just foul!!

I've not thought about contraception and to be honest I don't want to. My husband and I have always used withdrawal method and so far it has worked. Our baby was planned so we were lucky we didn't have to wait for the pill to leave my system. I just don't like the thought of hormones and the coil :-/ xx

Went for a nice long walk today....was about 3 miles in total. Been getting lots of tightenings today too. The last few of them have made me go 'ooh' as there seems to be a nasty pinchy feeling right down low.

Podpie sounds like the nausea could be hormone related, they can suddenly ramp up. Hope it means labour for you soon. Xxx

Yayy we have another baby congratulations lulu.. lovely news...

I feel excited waiting for the 'is it time' and soon it will be all over .. I think I will feel abit deflated after my whole pg is over.. but I will have a lovely new baby to snuggle.
My little girl is very clingy to me lately and i feel abit heart broken all the change a new baby to the house will bring. I intend to include her as much as possible. It prob will break her wee heart seeing me hold another baby.. im hoping that baby giving her a present will help soften the first time she meets baby.

Haha cakey. I had to go to the shops specifically today for mini Oreo cookies. I went to antenatal on tues and there was a mini Oreo cookie on the floor and I couldn't stop salivating. The whole two hours I could only think of mini Oreo cookies lol, so have been dreaming of them since. Whilst I was there I got mini eggs and coffee cake and demolished the lot this afternoon!

Maybe we should be the chocolate orange mummies instead of the March mummies lol! I've just bought myself an easter egg and a packet of rich tea biscuits, they'll be gone by the end of tomorrow

I've had such a hectic day. This morning we did a walk round the mill pond and MIL treated us to lunch. We then drove to the hill and had an ice cream. Got home. Hubby daughter and MIL went to sleep. I spent the time lugging sacks around in the cellar and sorted out all of my clothes - have 5 sackful to get rid of. Then I baked a cake and made blueberry muffins hung washing out and cleaned kitchen. Hubby and MIL Took LO to oark while I made her dinner. While I ebayed some clothes they fed her dinner thrn I cleaned up after. She's now in bed and im half on here half selling clothes! I still need to make our dinner and make the cake filling. ..
Tomorrow MIL has invited some relatives over for tea so I need to fully clean the flat and cook a dinner for us all. Plus take LO swimming in am.
I am shattered just thinking about it

Wow you've been busy! I've literally done nothing today. I watched TV and spent all afternoon in bed attempting to nap. I only got washed and dressed to go and fetch OH from footy and nip into the shop for something for tea!

Now I have a frozen pizza in the oven and I'm about to throw the sky box at the wall for failing to record eastenders AGAIN lol. Oh is getting a shower and he's promised me lots of cuddles and chocolate to stop me feeling so fed up.
