Congratulations again on your wedding!!
And wooop, ill be seeing you over in TTC sooon! But must admit? Kts not the same as lasttime isit!? I feel like they all know eachother and im a massive newbie haha.

Ooo this age is uh.. Challanging haha! Noah is blinking everyone! But so much fun!
We have our 1st family holiday soon, flying out 13th May for a week to fuertuventra i cant waaaait!!! Xx

Yes it's very different -or are we now different?! We don't have as much free time to bond with the first time mums on there!!

Your holiday will be amazing! Noah will love the sun and the pool and hopefully your oh will keep him entertained while you get some free time in the sun!! Is there a big group of you going or just you three??

I totally agree that our lo's are at a really fun stage. R is everywhere and learning new words every day. He makes me laugh but has a wee hissy fit at times when he doesnt get his way. It can be tough to deal with if were in public! 😝In general though Im loving his wee personaity shining through. He has now had 2 haircuts as well and I think he looks like a proper wee boy.

In terms of ttc thats very exciting for you both!! I still have no cycle back at all and my body is still not ovulating or anything so if I was going to have another baby I would need to try IUI again and pay for it. In honesty I can't see myself doing that. I actually dont have any inclination to have another now anyway if Im honest. I never thought Id have an only child but feel differently now. Im not even sure I'd cope with 2!!

Just us 3 i cant wait! I think my relaxing holiday are over haha! But my OH teaches kids swimming lessons (hes a PT and lesuire centre assistant) so he enjoys being in the pool! So ill leave them to it ha xx

Aww the terrible two tantrums have well and truely started in this house!!!
Aw hun, if you happy with one then thats fab! Someones i feel like gosh how can I live another child as much as Noah! Will i have time for more kids!? But we want 3 i think its just scary taking the step!
Tho tbh i have no idea whats up with my cycles, they are 40+ atm! Last yr i had one that was 73 days! so i have no clue when im even ovulating!
I was hoping to take the relaxed approach but with my cycles being this long i know im guna become OTT about it after holiday when we try! Xx

Laurat - we've had 2 haircuts now, first was awful he sobbed, second much easier but he did end up with a basin cut lol!

Josh's fav tantrum is always about not going back in his pushchair, I really do end up looking like one of those harassed mothers in the shopping centre.

Dani and Holi - we need to take over the ttc forum - strength in numbers They all do seem to know each other, I just tend to lurk around when I'm in there! Then I see your name and I'm like oooo someone I know We're on month 4 (well 2 really) of ttc, first couple of months i was hoping for a one hit wonder of doing it sometime around mid cycle! xx

Haha noah isnt a fan of the supermarket trolley anymore!! Aince hes been able to blinking run everywhere he wont go in! Unless i come armed with 37282 things for him to eat on the shop haha!!
But if u take things off him he cant have or move him away from things oh my days! Literally DROPS to the floor and has a masssive tantrum lol! Throws himself everywhere.. No tears hahaa!

Josh is fine in a trolley so long as he has shopping to hold, the loves holding and biting into lemons or peppers... Strange boy! I noticed the other day the weight limit on trolleys is 15kg... Josh is 14kg (31lb) now!! X

What in the front sit down bit!!!? No way!!! Noah was 2st 2lbs in Jan at his 28m check.. No idea what he is Atm! Lol hes going to have to stay put!! No way am i letting him stand in the trolley the shopping would be on the floor hahaha! X

LOL about the lemons thind Becky. R is only happy in the trollley now if he has a box of green tea bags??? We dont need thrm every week but have to buy them! Tried other boxes and tea to no avail 😝 At the check out webput them through first and hand thrm back. Mad!! The things you do,

Hi girls! Holi congratulations, such a beautiful bride! It's so strange when all the planning is over and you're just Mr & Mrs but it's lovely eh. Exciting you are TTC! Wishing you lots of luck!! I'm with laura, not sure I would cope with another so think Matthew will be an only child. Just can't imagine ever having another one.

Nice to hear how you are all doing. Matthew is doing well, talking away and just making us smile. He is much more affectionate these days too, giving out kisses and cuddles, I love it! It's a really lovely age! Only problem we have are the tantrums! He's a wee monkey!! Worst time is after his nap, he is sooooooo grumpy! He sleeps roughly from 11/11.30 for anywhere from an hour to three hours. Takes him a good half hour or sometimes longer to calm down. He's usually in a good mood when he wakes up in the morning, it's just after his nap he is Grumpy McGrumperson!

Haven't had him weighed in a while, think he's about 25lbs or thereabouts. Still mainly in 12-18m clothes although we have moved in to 18-24m ones now too. Didn't know that about the trolley weight. He is actually good at sitting in the trolley at the moment, I just need to have snacks and sometimes get a book from the baby aisle and let him look at that while I go round then dump it at the till. Weird about the green tea bags Laura! But you do what you have to do keep the wee rascals amused!!

Tantrums are very hard! Rosie's started lying down and kicking/screaming if she doesn't get her own way but luckily if I ignore and tell her to get up it doesn't last long!

I've found that recently all Rosie wants to so is help me with whatever I'm doing! So I often get her to pass me clothes into the washing machine, press the buttons, shut draws/doors etc and she loves it! Baking is a good one!

I'm in a dilemma!! I've just been moved departments in work (thankfully - really needed a change!) and a lady is due to go off on MAT leave in July and there's talk of me being temp promoted Ito her spot while she's away! Brilliant! Although I feel if i fell pregnant before they would probs look at giving it to someone else as I would go on mat before this lady returns! Would you go back on pill/don't go back on and just be careful/carry on Ttc and think 'what will be will be!'

If I fell pregnant after I got the promotion they couldn't/wouldn't revert me it would just be Sod's law for them so I literally have like 3/4 months to go?

But then I'd be so mad if I went back on the pill for those months then I didn't get it for some reason cos at moment it's all talk!!

Kay Kay - Rosie is same with naps! She needs a good hour of cuddles and quiet when she wakes up as she's in such a foul mood!

Holi if your set on ttc id just go for it hun. I wouldnt go back on the pill & messed up your cycle.
Maybe use condoms for a month or 2?
But i believe its one of those 'what will be will be' situations! If u dnt know for sure the jobs 100% urs i wouldnt stop trying xxx

Do it!! Im juat waiting for my package to arrive..
They basially send you a months supply of one of their ovulation products. They want you to keep a diary aswell as send them wee samples.
They send all the pots and free postage boxes to send your wee off lol, you send them off every 14days i think they said but they send all secure pots etc..
They also send CB pregnancy tests aswell ready to see if u caught.

If you have they send you £30 vouchers as a congrats and if u agree to continue sending samples while preg and a diary they keep sending u vouchers every few months.
If u dont fall preg on the month study they aend tou more ov tests as a gd will gesture to say thank you for you to have for your next cycle.

You sign up on their website. They call you to ask for brief meical history and cycle info, then you just wait for the package and start on cd1 IM SO EXCITED!!!
Free tests wooop!!! Xx

I no haha i was a bit like ummm... I have to do it for a cycle + 7days.... No idea why! But hey ho haha!
Im just excited for the free cb tests lol!
With my long cycles atm it would be gd to try and pin point if im even oving.
Ive bought seven seas 'trying for a baby' vits and agnus castus to try and regulate my cyclesz

Will be ttc from the cycle after homiday, so june fx! By then im hoping the vits r in my system and im gd to go xx
