Hi ladies, just needed to share this photo of Rosie after she tasted her first experience of ice cream! Just love her cheeky face!!!

Matthew was 1 yesterday, was quite emotional! We had a wee party and bbq on Sunday which was lovely. Sun was shining. Yesterday we had a family day out just the 3 of us then had the rest of the family round after. I've loved his birthday celebrations and love that it's so sunny. Summer babies are fab aren't they!

Tried him on cow's milk, didn't like it straight from the fridge so I warmed it in the microwave for 30 seconds and he took it fine. Hopefully do the same tonight. Decided to drop his morning bottle cos he's not interested. Just nighttime bottle now, feels very strange!

Yes just got back! The pic was actually from when we were away! It was lovely! Rosie was a dream in flights, me and oh got some nice romantic meals out! Weather was lovely but not too hot, perfect! Pretty much took all food/milk which I'm glad I did!

And we learned Rosie HATES the sea! Absolutely petrified!! Likes sand tho so that's one plus!!

Matthews birthday sounds perfect, nice mixture of seeing family and alone time! I love that Rosie's a summer baby! Her birthday is either going to be in summer hols or last week of school so hopefully she'll love it! Xx

That's great it all went well. Matthew hates the sea too! Same as Rosie with the sand, he quite liked the feel of it. When is rosies birthday again? X

CR had hers over a week ago and she hasn't been the same since up and down with a temperature very clingy and cuddly and crying lots, not herself at all.
My friends Lo has been similar after his and is still not right even though he had them a good while before CR.
it might just be a coincidence or something else, as I wasn't well the week she had her jags so she might have what I've had.
I never know how she's going to be from one minute to the next still a week until Dh comes home.

I'm dreading Emily's next injections. Not had the letter yet. She was fine with the first 3 lots of jabs so hoping it will be the same this time. Will be worse for me as she will be more aware of what's going on and it's 3 needles! These poor babies xx

Hi girls

Just got back this morning from 2 weeks in turkey. Had a fantastic holiday, Olly surprised us all and was an angel. It was very hot, 45 every day but we covered him in 50 every few hours and he was in and out the pool all day. We took our maclaren xt with the extra uv hood and it was a god send. He slept threw every night and had 2 naps each day. I took Ella's pouches and Heinz fruit and desert pots, rice cakes and some Organix snacks. Didn't have much baby food in the
supermarkets when we looked but we had enough to last us when he couldn't be bothered to feed himself.

We have our jabs next Thursday and I'm going to ibiza on Friday for 2 nights for my best friends hen - first time I will have ever left him like that. I hope they don't make him poorly

Matthew had his jags this morning. He cried a bit but was fine by the time we were back in the waiting room. He's been a bit clingy since. Wee lamb. Robyner the nurse said they can be a bit unsettled for up to 3 weeks after. That's a shame about CR, you'll be glad to have oh home.

Queenriccy that's great you had a good time and olly was a good boy. Such a relief xx

We have Noahs birthday this Friday! So excited!
Off to Noahs Ark Zoo Farm then sat is his party .

Jabs also nexy thursday for us, OH has to take him as im in work x

Iv asked mam to take him in for them, I honestly can't do it. I cried at the last ones he had and I know these are 10 times worse. Poor babies xx

Jabs today and they went really well. Tears at the time but stopped as soon as we left the nurses room. So much easier than I expected. My mum was round at mine when we got home and Josh was squealing and laughing with her - she was surprised as she expected him to be crying and upset!! My big brave soldier.

Queenriccy - sounds like you had a great holiday, great that Olly was a good boy. How do you like you're maclaren xt? Was it lightweight enough to travel with? I really really want one )

I love my maclaren, so easy to put up and down and the extra hood is fantastic for the sun/naps etc . My quinny had been put up in the loft now so this is our main pushchair xx
