Heybabya - Have another Consultant appointment on Wednesday in which they will assess me for induction and if my cervix is deemed favourable they will arrange an induction date or attempt to break my waters that day (will be 40+6).

Nothing to write home about here, the curry, long walk and sex didn't help yesterday although have noticed more period like cramps that cause some pain (as apposed to just tightening of BH).

How is everyone else doing? Any overdue mummies in labour yet? Anyone else jumping to queue?

So me being organised... Then this happened tonight!!

My washing machine exploded! The glass went everywhere!!! Like a bomb went off! OH was on his way into the kitchen because it was rattling! Could have been so much worse! I'm just glad I don't have a child here, when I was a child I used to look through and watch the washing! Safe to say I will be keeping baby Hayden well clear of any washing machines in future xx

Omg it shouldn't have done that!!! That's really scary , my kids are always in and out of the kitchen. So glad nobody was hurt, but that's not right surely? I'd be complaining to the manufacturer or store. X

Booo got a really sore head - woke me up a few times. And feeling a bit yucky. Got midwife at 1 so will mention to her then. Fully expecting to be told baby still isn't engaged and that I still can't have a sweep. Should I insist on one anyway!?

Pismo - you're still hanging in there too due date twin? And wee Karen too. This waiting sucks... !!!

Really hope you're told baby is engaging today!!! I'll cross my fingers for you!! Soooo TMI but OH and I dtd for first time in so long, lower back and legs ached during the night and I was like oooooh yay but then I'm absolutely fine this morning haha, sounding desperate!! A week overdue tomorrow!

Omg Charlie that's really bad, defo complain and throw in the fact you are pregnant too. If they aren't any help I always find a tweet gets treated more serious as anyone can see it. We are getting a brand new sofa because I complained publicly.

Feel better today, the texts have started lol.. Hope something happens this week, we dtd last night, it's defo more awkward when pregnant haha.

Can't believe we haven't had any more babies since the 4 in a day.. We are due some more now. Hope I'm one of them. Had couple of little period type pains in the night but still nothing else.

Oh gosh Charlie - Wonder what made that happen? Has it previously been playing up? Glad no one got hurt, could have been quite bad if LOs were around.

Colettey - I will keep my fingers crossed that your midwifes tells you baby is engaging and that you are getting closer to LO being born.

Karen - Keeping my fingers crossed for you too. Hoping all three of us go at once

Lucy - I've been having those phone calls for a while, really p*ssing me off now. Avoided one of the mums on the school run as she always makes comments about baby not being here yet. Like I didn't know!! Sorry if I sound grumpy Hopefully you wont get it so bad though.

No symptoms here, had the worst nights sleep as couldn't get comfy and kept waking up thinking my waters were about to go - I just needed a wee though

cool thanks guys, didn't really know what they did for you once you go past. She hasn't mentioned anything about a sweep for me bit I guess that's cos baby isnt engaged. Would they break your waters and keep you in hospitalpismo?

Happy due date to me. I'm fully expecting to be part of the overdue club now. Keep coming on hoping at least one of you have went - best of luck!

Happy due date heybabya. I am Glasgow too btw - wasn't actually offered a sweep, I specifically asked for it. And at my 40 week appt they didn't actually talk induction dates yet. Maybe they will today. I am the southern - are you?? Haha maybe see you there ! Think I would be induced a week today if nothing happens.

Girls I'm a bit excited. Think I'm losing my plug! It's gross but looking oh so lovely to me hahaha! Have never been so delighted to see goop before! Might be nothing - could still have a long way to go but is the first sign of any movement!!!

Just popped to town as getting bored being around he house most of the time, got couple more bits for hubby's Father's Day goody bag, also treated myself to this colouring book for adults, they have them in wh smith and water stones, I'm not really a puzzle book kinda girl and need something to distract me in general and potentially while in between contractions when they start. Looks really good. Back home now, will get bouncing soon.

Haha Karen we are twins! Fingers crossed for us!

So baby is fully engaged - yey!!! But I am currently on my way to hospital cos my BP is so high. midwife thinks my body is starting off labour. But that they need my BP lower. So I might be admitted if they can't keep it down! So am being taken now by my mum. Told hubby to stay in work cos it might just be a blip and he can pop over with my hospital bag if it isn't.

Nothing has caused my washing machine to explode it's a fault in a lot of beko machines from what I have read! Shocking! Waiting for a call back but will have to buy one today because need one for baby really!

I've just got back from safari park! Baby is so low, been getting sharp pains! Stay in little man! Only one more full day of pregnancy to go! Xx

Oh wow!! Good luck Colettey. Hope your BP sorts itself out but fingers crossed this is you starting labour, cant believe you've gone from totally free to fully engaged in a week. Well done! Keep us updated if possible...

Karen - I lol'd at you cheering for your mucus plug. I go to the toilet every 15-30mins to check and so far nada!

Still nothing here, hoping cervix is favourable on Wednesday and they induce me (or that I go naturally over night!)

Hi ladies,
Im still here reading and quietly rooting for all of you overdue/due, waiting for exciting news!
I feel sooo far behind you all, wheres all the other end of June mummies?!
I'm 37+3, baby is engaged, Ive lost some of my plug but minimal, and I have been having strong regular BH contractions for weeks!! Been checked and its all false labour....so frustrating as they are quite sore at times, wish they would just stop until its the real deal!
Keep hoping this means I might go early but midwives have told me there is no evidence that I will! Feels a long way off still

Been discharged! BP back down.

Managed to get a sweep by the doctor on call (ouch)! Am 2cm already :-D!!! Said my cervix was wafer thin... And she could feel babies head! Eeeeek I am so excited/scared! xx
