****July 2018 Mummies - Tri 2****

Fucking men I swear to God. Went out today to get some maternity bras (wtf is wrong with mothercares bra sizes)and said to OH to clear his crap up please before I got home before he went to work. He dragged down his Xbox last night while I was dealing with Ivy. (Don't even get me started on how he stayed up until 2.30 on it while I sorted our daughter which I'm sure is part of why I'm so mad!) My living room tv is on a swivel bracket on the wall so his Xbox and leads etc were just trailing all over the living room floor.

So I picked up dd from her grans earlier, where OH dropped her off before work since I wasn't home in time. Came home and it's all still over the living room floor, me with Ivy and my bags never saw it and went tripping over it all and went flying head first across the floor.

Fucking Xbox and all its bits are in the bin now I don't even care. I'm probably seriously tired and hormonal and sound like a ranting maniac but I bloody hope it's broken. Can't get the TV back on which isn't helping lol

Dd is fine. Since the doctors is shut today I went into boots and got some prescriptions from the chemist for her. But she's okay and was having a ball at her grans when I got there. Started snowing here too wtf

KHTW I'd have been so annoyed, but she's only 2 and I'm sure it bothered you more than anyone else in the church so at least there's that lol xx

Laura fuck that you really need your own place soon as hun. How did that appointment you had go? Xx
Shan I'd have done the same with the stupid xbox but then my husband wouldnt have been playing xbox until 2.30 in that scenario haha I'd have had some rather sharp words in there and he'd have switched it off pretty damn fast and helped with our ill daughter. I'm not even surprised you're furious with him!

Oh I forgot to update about the appointment. It was quite positive in that my friend checked our eligibility for the co-ownership scheme and we are eligible even despite my husbands "temporary" status in the UK. Because he has a 5 year visa and not a permanent one yet the only bank that would even consider us for a mortgage is Halifax. She also checked affordability and gave us an idea the size of mortgage they would offer so we now know what budget of house price to look at haha the biggest problem is the deposit. Halifax want 10% of the house price. We were hoping they might do the 5% first buyer deposit scheme but they won't touch it. Coownership would pay half the 10% if we went that way so then we could pay 5% but we still aren't even close to the amount we would need and we're hoping to get out by July.

So despite going through our finances and earnings again with a fine tooth comb we aren't any further and it's unlikely we will be able to move out by july. Then after that it'll be harder based on me working part time for the baby and also they require u to be in the same job for 6 months or more and I'm planned to run as fast as I can from this job. I'm going to hand in my notice cuz I don't get maternity from them anyway or statutory maternity and apply for the maternity allowance

Sorry for the long post hahaha xx

Baby is being ridiculously active today. I have quite a lot to do soon so hopefully that will send it to sleep for a bit, lol.

Spent almost all of yesterday with our closest friends and their 7 month old baby. Had a wonderful day and I'm really looking forward to baby arriving now and getting out and about to visit people more often. X
Haha maybe our babies had a plan yesterday cuz I swear mine didn't stop yeaterday! You can even feel wee thumps on the outside of my stomach now with your hand which I'm super excited about. Hubby has only felt her once and then the other day he had his hand on my stomach and she kicked right where his hand was and he didn't feel it so was gutted haha xx

Try laying back on the sofa with your belly out at night. I've been able to see my belly move now for a couple of weeks and Dan loves it. I feel like both of us are properly bonding with this baby now, it's awesome..

As for the appointment, it sounds like a double edged sword. Do you have anything you can sell to help? I seriously would consider renting again. I k ow it's not what you want but I bet you'd be better off in a one bed flat than staying with your mum much longer.
Hope you can sort something out soon. I hate credit but I'd even be tempted to get a loan to cover the deposit if possible, you just need out of there. X

Hope it is just something simple like that. All I know is I feel bloody awful lol. Will keep an eye and if it gets worse or continues longer then I will ring the midwife x

I'd agree with PB if I had to guess. Could be low blood pressure and maybe a little anaemia. Is your 28 week appointment booked? Xx

I'm not really sure. I feel so strange, like spaced out. Like an out of body experience. Just really don't feel nice. But if it's normal then I don't want to bother the midwife x

So... I almost fainted at Church last Sunday and this was how I felt shortly before I could see nothing, just black. It lasted maybe 20sec and I was ok but had to remain seated.

By all means ask MW if it makes you feel so shitty x

I agree that getting out of your mum's house is a must and I would also consider renting, but under no circumstances would I take a loan as a deposit for the house x

Well he went down to sleep on the sofa since he was working the next day. I said go sleep that's fine but he ended up down on his Xbox until stupid oclock. He's not usually like that but honestly I didn't give a fuck yesterday lol. Making up for it today. So far me and dd have had breakfasts in bed without asking and he's been doing everything for her this morning. No mention of the Xbox though it has been fished out of the bin haha

Sounds a bit of a nightmare with the housing situation. But it is positive you can get a mortgage though. Is there no way you'd consider renting now and leaving the buying off for a year or so? Even just a flat..Maybe until you go back to work properly? I hope you find a solution hun. Xx

Yeah it is booked for 29 weeks as I'm on holiday the week before x

Yeah I wouldn't be worrying if it was a one off but keeps coming in waves today, so I am wondering what on earth it is. Does sound BP related. Just gonna see if it continues or not and maybe ring midwife later if it continues x

Shan I still love that you threw his xbox in the bin, best thing ever haha x

My issue is a high bp so I never have this. So it could honestly just be low bp. Maybe low blood sugar if you haven't ate.

And you'll get your bloods done for anaemia at the appointment anyway. Though that usually comes with palpitations too. Even if you're not too worried don't feel like you can't phone them and ask. Xx

Edit just saw you've already said you'll phone lol ingore me

Shan, I told my hubby about it yesterday (he is an xbox addict) and instead of being like 'oh my gosh, was she ok? I hope she didn't hurt herself falling' he went' how come there were cables on the floor? remotes are wireless'. I went speechless. Honestly, men!

Haha KH i told my hubby about it to but he was like ooo i bet he feels really bad now tho. Lol.
It could just be hormones going crazy to jem. I went dizzy and saw floating spots everywhere. Checked my BP and blood sugar both were fine. But i got the fainting thing befoee i was ever pregnant, occasionally just hit the floor, drs said they dont kno but reckon hormones can cause it.

Haha tell him because he's lazy and had the cables from the plug, extension lead and tv trailing to his stupid box stretched across the floor. Because he's an idiot. Lol. The Xbox is fine incase anyone was concerned for its wellbeing lol. Though it does have some new scratches in it. I did kick it before I binned it but haven't mentioned that to oh. Men I swear xx

Anyone else really hairy? I have a really hairy belly, patch of hair on my cheek and some under my chin.. I don't want to do anything to it incase I make it worse. Will it go away after the baby is here? Luckily I'm blonde so it's only blonde hairs but still conscious of it x

The other way round... hair take ages to grow!! I shaved my legs 3 weeks ago and hardly have any hair now!

Don't worry once your hormones go back to normal so will the hair x

Maybe it's cos I have a boy, he's turning me into a hairy beast hahaha

It was advised to us a few years back. A bridging loan to get us on the ladder but we found this place so never bothered.

Baby is kicking the living daylights out of me and has been for two days. It hardly ever sleeps, lol.

I had my hand resting on my tummy earlier with my phone in it. Got such a huge sudden movement that literally moved my whole torso side to side...that I dropped the phone. Well, it was actually kind of pushed out of my hand by the movement. Three months of this left. How the hell do you do it???
