Fucking men I swear to God. Went out today to get some maternity bras (wtf is wrong with mothercares bra sizes)and said to OH to clear his crap up please before I got home before he went to work. He dragged down his Xbox last night while I was dealing with Ivy. (Don't even get me started on how he stayed up until 2.30 on it while I sorted our daughter which I'm sure is part of why I'm so mad!) My living room tv is on a swivel bracket on the wall so his Xbox and leads etc were just trailing all over the living room floor.
So I picked up dd from her grans earlier, where OH dropped her off before work since I wasn't home in time. Came home and it's all still over the living room floor, me with Ivy and my bags never saw it and went tripping over it all and went flying head first across the floor.
Fucking Xbox and all its bits are in the bin now I don't even care. I'm probably seriously tired and hormonal and sound like a ranting maniac but I bloody hope it's broken. Can't get the TV back on which isn't helping lol
Dd is fine. Since the doctors is shut today I went into boots and got some prescriptions from the chemist for her. But she's okay and was having a ball at her grans when I got there. Started snowing here too wtf
KHTW I'd have been so annoyed, but she's only 2 and I'm sure it bothered you more than anyone else in the church so at least there's that lol xx
Laura fuck that you really need your own place soon as hun. How did that appointment you had go? Xx
Shan I'd have done the same with the stupid xbox but then my husband wouldnt have been playing xbox until 2.30 in that scenario haha I'd have had some rather sharp words in there and he'd have switched it off pretty damn fast and helped with our ill daughter. I'm not even surprised you're furious with him!
Oh I forgot to update about the appointment. It was quite positive in that my friend checked our eligibility for the co-ownership scheme and we are eligible even despite my husbands "temporary" status in the UK. Because he has a 5 year visa and not a permanent one yet the only bank that would even consider us for a mortgage is Halifax. She also checked affordability and gave us an idea the size of mortgage they would offer so we now know what budget of house price to look at haha the biggest problem is the deposit. Halifax want 10% of the house price. We were hoping they might do the 5% first buyer deposit scheme but they won't touch it. Coownership would pay half the 10% if we went that way so then we could pay 5% but we still aren't even close to the amount we would need and we're hoping to get out by July.
So despite going through our finances and earnings again with a fine tooth comb we aren't any further and it's unlikely we will be able to move out by july. Then after that it'll be harder based on me working part time for the baby and also they require u to be in the same job for 6 months or more and I'm planned to run as fast as I can from this job. I'm going to hand in my notice cuz I don't get maternity from them anyway or statutory maternity and apply for the maternity allowance
Sorry for the long post hahaha xx
